But it wasn't force great enough to cause death or harm. It didn't even cause a concussion. The dude got up and did a press conference. You live in a country where it is perfectly fine to shoot someone just for entering your property. I didn't say he didn't do the wrong thing. I'm saying that in the real world of someone charges at me I'm going to defend myself If it had gone to a court he would have been found guilty.

There's a fundamental difference between defending oneself and removing your aggressor's helmet and then using it as a weapon.
No one thinks Garrett is at fault for defending himself. If he had thrown punches, no one would care.
That Rudolph was not injured by Garrett's actions isn't evidence that Garrett wasn't trying to hurt Rudolph or that Garrett did anything wrong.
