I’m in for the 18 hole 2-hour challenge and I’d be in for the 24-hour challenge. Both sound really fun!

Mini golf courses not allowed Eric Lol. But then again in 2 hours you would not get 1 hole done.
I would be interested just to see what everyone came up with. Transitions, bunker sculpting and planting would be non-existent in the 2 hr comp and thus choosing right theme and getting the settings right at start would be important but 18 playable holes is doable just use shapes instead of splines and have the tee boxes autogen

Back in TGC1 HB Keith ran a 3-holes at a time knock-out comp. You were matched up knock-out style and built 3 holes in two weeks IIRC then judged 3 v 3 and winner went through. You were then matched against another opponent and built another 3 holes in two weeks and the next round was judged 6 v 6. Kept on like this until two designers were left in the final with full courses. I believe Pelikila by friendBOMBER was beaten in the final by Apache Creek by drivert . Here is the old thread on the HB Forum: Old HB thread

I think 2 hours would be hard for some designers as they could take that long just to lay down a rock...

Page 1, row 1, top right. The goat of rocks I disagree! My vote for GOAT rock would be: Page 1, top row, top LEFT

I did the two hour challenge and my course is called Crescent River if you’re curious. All plants and trees are auto gen but no surfaces are, sight lines suck but it’s okay for two hours I guess.

Played it, high winds, shot -4 , fir 54.14, gir 61.11, pph 1.28. Most impressed by the break on your greens, very fair. Had 15mph headwind on 14 barely made it over on 2nd attempt. 15th fairway has heavy slant, could not stay on. There was some really nice designed holes.
