I seem to recall Craig showing a pic of Shoreacres post LiDAR import. You may be right now that I think about it. Seems like he pulled in the LIDAR data and was willing to pass it off to someone as he couldn't take it on at the time. theclv24

These are great news! Feeling always in debt, i don't know how much (or if) this could be useful, but after some month of work I actually finished to prepare three lists. One is reporting all the Real courses we have in tgc2019. After months of research I found more or less 400 courses. I think is by far the more complete list ever created, until now. With the name of designers, real architects and date of building..and name of architects who cured renovation works with data. Tournaments in which are ever used, actual position in world, continental and statal standings, if the courses are or not handicapped, yardage and total par, tees and pins and other stuff. Now I'm checking every course with the satellite map to understand what are actually the real REAL courses and what are not enough accurate (explaining with little comments what I see). I checked more than 100 courses, slowly I'll check every course Another list is about all the real VIC (Very Important Courses) we are still missing I know it sounds funny (if not stupid), but is just a list in which I put all the courses ever used in the PGA, in the Euro tour, in the Ryder cup, the walker cup, the majors...i mean, all the most important competitions and the courses listed in the top 100 of the world. Is not intended as a wish list, I swear, it would be simply a little not too important tool, just in case some of our designers wants to work on a course but have not an exact idea or priority. Is not easy to think about every course. And this list is incomplete but already around 300 courses. There's also a column in which I wish to put those designers who declares the will to create a course, even just to avoid that two designers works on the same course for absence of communication. I think these two lists, even if still not complete, are at least enough accurate to be published until the end of the week. There is a third list, with almost 1500 courses, about all the courses reported in the tgc2019 list, all the real courses..and a lot of useful data. But after months of work on this list, now I'm not so sure it can be useful. Too big probably. I'll see what to do with this. In any case they are just tools, but I wish simply to do something a little helpful, considering how much people does so much for my amusement

Terrible name for a course... I’ll let it slide since it’s an RCR
#TheU
Jokes aside, looks great and I can’t wait to check it out soon!

I'm working on Shoreacres as we speak. Four holes are finished. It's mostly accurate, just needs lots of touch ups. I'll probably make a post once I hit the cooler holes around the ridge.

It will be hard. Every hole looks fantastic on this course The first hole..the first par three..all those little creeks..those greens..god..the truth is that all this course is something beautiful and so...clean.. P.S. : By the way...today I played your Crystal Downs just to check it. I'll never dare again, I swear! Is a course for professionals, not for an amateur like me. I'll try again when I will be good enough to play some US Open. Nothing less. Or, at least, to survive, I'll must remember to play every shot thinking that I'm ACTUALLY playing an US Open. My a$$ is still crying. Ah..and your work on those bearded bunkers is something simply delightful. Thank you.

Course is sneaky tough. I had maybe three or four off-tempo shots all round in pretty light winds and only shot -9 on pin 4. For a sub-7000 yard par 72 course I'd have expected much lower given how well I was swinging.

It can be sneaky tough, I got out of position and doubled two holes. I haven't played it with master clubs yet outside of playtesting though.

Played this course last night. Not familiar with the course much at all but based on the design it feels great. Some pretty tricky greens out here. Played with pin 4 and had quite a few roll offs on shots that landed what i thought would be good shots. I’ll need to get back out here again and give it another go because i had more than a few holes in the “red” on the scorecard. 5 stars from me.

Great job on one of the coolest courses in America. It has a fantastic tight roiting which I think translates so great in the game. I was a little surprised at the tameness of the greens but from what I read pins 4 are the toughest. I played on pins 1. All in all, awesome job and thanks for putting this one together for us!

Shot a 61 in low winds on pin 1. Felt bad about it, because the hole designs made so much sense. Like someone said, the greens felt pretty tame. Looking forward to my next round on pin 4.
