Wow, if you look at the 2019 this group of designers had, you'd HAVE to be excited about the group coming into this year's contest, and what 2020 might bring to the tours. |

I’m going to say something that I heard during the rookie contest last year that has stuck with me ever since then and I hope this years Rookies hear it just the same way. You won’t make your best course in this contest, but you will make your best course because of this contest. Seems silly but it has stuck with me since then. The feedback you get from this contest and the relationships that you build will carry you forward as designers for years to come. |

You won’t make your best course in this contest, but you will make your best course because of this contest. Seems silly but it has stuck with me since then. The feedback you get from this contest and the relationships that you build will carry you forward as designers for years to come. That’s so spot-on Taylor. Patrick and I are alums of the original rookie contest back in 2016 and I can say with 100 percent certainly I wouldn’t be half the designer I am now without it. If you were ever on the fence about designing, or have dabbled in the designer, but we’re too nervous to dip your toe in the contest pool. This is the contest for you! |

Early prediction here, but I've got my money on Mr Snow and Arctic Furys cousin James. All kidding aside this is a stellar lineup of rookies and I pretty much expect courses that rival the WCOD courses. Who knows what the future holds for this design community!?!?

Really looking forward to this after being being unsure last week. Loving everyone's enthusiasm and if last years entrants are anything to go by then there's going to be some quality tracks produced.
Already full of ideas, now have to work out how to implement them!
