 Too early for teasers? lol I started making a steppe course and switched over to Highlands to have a look. Planted the first hole to have an idea for the course. I think this might be the course I stick with. Still time to change things.  |

In the hole.  lol This is my blind tee shot. If I don't like it, I can always raise the tees to show the fairway. Haven't decided yet. |

I may be a bit premature here, but preliminary design elements on this course make me say " Calico Meets Chambers Bay!" Let's hope I can pull it off!

Finally linked my ps4 to Twitch. Streamed about 45 minutes to it. Not the most entertaining thing in the world, but you are more than welcome to give it a look. I didn't have my mic hook'd up but might do so in the future.
The first vid is me working on a par 3. I worked on the tee shot and did some planting. Skip ahead to minute 15 to see how I work my gardens.
I'm still at the point in this design where I'm working things and trying things and most of the time they don't work right. So I exit without saving quite frequently.

Required elements I have, and/or am currently implementing.....
At least ONE Driev-able par 4
At least ONE Par 3 greater than 230 yards
At least TWO holes with ZERO bunkers
At least ONE blind tee shot
At least THREE par 4’s under 400 yards
At least ONE three shot par 5
At least ONE template green complex of your choice (please specify template used and provide a real world example!)
At least FIVE par 3 holes
Total course yardage no greater than 6750 (for the contest tees. If you choose to NOT make these the back tees...well good luck because THAT is not an easy thing to pull off well.)
At least ONE hole with elevation change equal to or greater than 125 feet
Depending on how well my course is going, I may or may not add bunkers to the two and still be within specs. The 3 shot par 5 may be borderline, so I may or may not list that as a spec. In general, I don't like par 5's, but will need 4 of them if I comply with the 5 par 3 spec. My course will be a Par 71. Short and sweet. User friendly, but dirt nasty in the wrong conditions.
