From what I've heard the 18 that got built was a far cry from what it could have been. This map would be really neat to work off of for an "inspired by" project (sort of like what I did with Sharp Park and Mori Point GC). I'll build the plot and take one 18 if you take the other.

(I think Joe may have been accepting on my behalf) Unfortunately, the plot isn't big enough to fit both courses at their actual scale.

Can it be tightened up if you eliminate the housing lots? We'd be taking plenty of creative liberties anyway...

Oh it can be made to fit I'm sure, nothing I can do quickly in GhostIt though. I'm gonna shelf it until after the WCoD, I got some personal developments so I will likely sit out the Major contest anyways, but this would be a good side project to keep in mind.

A friend of mine has played there a few times in the past 10 years or so. Said it was legit. He’s not a architecture junkie by any stretch but he knows what’s good and what’s not so I trust him. He said it has a super “old school”, (or as we would call it, “golden age”) feel to it. And the location is no joke although I don’t think it’s as dramatic as Fishers. If you google earth it, you can see what I mean. Infortunately a lot of houses. If you could use the original routing and remove the houses, it would be something very cool.

Old sketchy picture of some of the lost holes at Gibson.

joegolferg do you know of some other par 4 Redan holes aside from 12 at Fishers? I'm pretty sure my course will have something similar to if not quite a par 4 Redan. Gibson Island would make for a pretty neat project!
