Shakin' my head here.... 2 under par through 18 Really, really struggled with both the Master clubs tempo & the course settings meaning I couldn't enjoy the track & it bugs me when that happens so I'm taking a double demo DNF this week. As for the promo event - I will tee it up but fearing a similar scenario......

SAMI played a practice round and had the same problems you did and scored about the same. When the first round came the tempo problems went away and I had a good round. Go figure.

I went -11 -10 -11 -7 in the Promo Event for a -39 total That score solved your choice of clubs issues I think! Only question is whether it is bad enough to get just into Web. Maybe Euro?

Went -10, -12 after 2 rds and was feeling really good, had a goal of hitting -40. Next 2 rds I went -9, -6 to finish at -37. I was battling that wind and them greens in the final round, just could not get anything going. Playing a lot better though and am holding out some hope for a green mark!

Maybe Euro? funny thing is...Monday was a holiday here in Canada so I teed up the Promotion Event Monday morning. Not even a hiccup through the 1st 2 rounds. Almost P/P every swing. I cued up rounds 3 and 4 around 1pm my time..and the fasts and slows crept back in. Still convinced it's all server related

Enjoyed this one! (Not that I don't most weeks) Played really nicely the last two rounds: 62, 60, 59, 60 to end up -47. If only I could have played the easiest first round quite so well it might have been a really special week. As it is that's a certain third promo mark and hopefully a top ten On to the promo event tomorrow but at least that takes the pressure off a little. I'd love to make Web before the end of the season. Seemed a long way away when I was grinding in CC-C.

How'd your 2nd rd go in the promo dg? Have you played 3 and 4 yet?

How'd your 2nd rd go in the promo dg? Have you played 3 and 4 yet? After my "just ok" 1st round, I have not returned to woodley isle. I needed a safe space in other words, ha. When I'm off work on the 4th I'll put my life vest on and venture back. I think my score in the CCA tourney this week will take me to web.com next week anyways, knock on wood. I'm not sure I could hang with the guys on the euro much less pga circuit. Pretty sure I'd get slapped around by their obscene scoring and the more difficult settings (i.e. no wind measurement).

I don't know anything other than CC-A level of competition so that's a little scary you say that. I'm on pace for the Euro tour after another -10 in rd 2. I'll have to really practice the wind meter change. Good luck on the 4th. You can still make the Euro. With 24 spots I'm estimating it to be around the top 50. Right now 47th place gets you into the Euro tour.

Well, all I know is that my stealth play in the pga events the last few weeks has put me around 50-75th place on their leaderboard before my score is wiped away Sun morning. If I was on their tour I'd probably last long enough to have a cup of coffee or two in the clubhouse before they kicked me out.

Finished the regular tourney yesterday evening - only moment left this week to do it. Was too tired and started taking silly risks... Iโll re-earn the red thingy I got rid of last week. ๐๐๐

Teed up my first 2 rounds early this week.
Round 1 -10 bogey free in quite strong winds, highest was 14 or 15 mph.
Round 2 another -10 bogey free, managed 2 eagles in similar winds.
