I'm noticing the cut lines for the CC tour are in the middle of the score - ties aren't counted, or is this a bug? If not a bug, how is the cut line applied?

I believe that is by design to take all players not in pro tiers and divide by 8. Doyley mentioned in another post sorted by masters, pro, and finally beginner...then I believe it starts at last hole on final round working backwards to set the sort. If they used all ties for the cuts the CC tiers will not be even. I think currently there are 225 players per CC tier, ties sorted with above criteria..

then I believe it starts at last hole on final round working backwards to set the sort. second-tiebreaker (after club set) is Round Countback, meaning the lowest score over each round (starting with R8) will break ties. If someone shoots 72 with a birdie on the last hole, he will LOSE to someone who shot 70 but made bogey on the last hole, and will BEAT someone who shot a final round 74 and eagled the last. If round 8 is tied, then round 7 scores will be used. Hole-by-hole Countback isn't used unless all 8 rounds had the same scores. This is different from the tiebreak procedure that has been in place.

Thanks, Am I correct on the statement that the CC tiers are simply chopped up evenly, so ties wouldn't necessarily be used as the cut lines are in between some ties.. but at least sorted..
