The main test event is up - please participate to confirm the major society bugs are gone. Looking mainly at everyone having similar wind/conditions throughout all 4 rounds across all 3 systems as well as advancing to next round gives you proper pins/settings. Thx!

1st: 22mph wind tail wind slightly to my left
2nd: 24mph
3rd: 21mph tailwind (made a sweet eagle off amazing drive btw!)
5th: 17mph R to L
8th: 22mph L to R
12th: 18mph L to R
17th: 19mph L to R
Advanced to R2 without going back
1st: 3mph headwind slightly to my right
Bailing for now, but looks promising

First round on PC, all settings as stated in the OP. More importantly, I went straight to 'continue to round 2', and my scorecard is now showing pinset 2. Winds are low in R2, will update on greens in a bit, but otherwise it definitely seems to be fixed.
Edit: yep greens are soft and 144 speed in R2.
Edit 2: transition straight to R3 was correct as well, showing pin 3 on scorecard, wind is however more what I'd call medium but the OP details said it should be high - between 5-10mph the whole round. Interesting to see what others see in R3. Green speed is 187 now, I'm guessing that's default.
Edit 3: again correctly showing pin 4 after going straight to R4, winds are high, greens still 187.
So apart from the wind being low/medium in R3, everything else for me was as it should be based on the OP details.

I'm getting little freezes for four or five seconds on a lot of shots mid flight/roll. not sure what the cause is...but didn't happen before.

-3 in R1 with average 21mph winds on 187 speed greens, looking up at Doyley, Reebdoog, and Larry the whole round. Loved the course and actually really enjoyed the challenge of the greens combined with the wind.
Advance button sent me to R2 with 3mph winds on the first tee, cloudier conditions, and my round score was Even par with a total score of -3, so that function appears to be working.
Once on the green, I had 144 speeds, so all good there too.
I did not personally experience any lag during my play so far, but honestly, I better now because I just bought a brand new gaming laptop last night. LOL
