Glad to see you back Job! Looks great! Is it just me, or do PC screenshots look alot worse in the new game? I posted in HB forums about that.

This course at max firm is going to be a beaut. Love the ground movement and width. Thank you. That's exactly what I'm going for... width, angles, ground game. Several takes on template holes but all of them with a twist. 8th hole is gonna have a sporty biarritz green on a long par 4, for example. I will be recommending playing this one without scout cam. It's way more fun to let the depth perception and visual intimidation come into play. Front 9 and hole 18 are laid out. The fill spline function makes building go a lot faster!

Sounds great. Those greens look like theyv’ve got some rolls too. Lots of fun shots with the new chipping I love Biarritz green complexes. I’ve used versions of them on many of my courses. My next course is a mcraynor style Course and I have already routed several template holes as well. Albeit more formal ones than i think you will be using on this course. Really looking forward to this one! This course at max firm is going to be a beaut. Love the ground movement and width. Thank you. That's exactly what I'm going for... width, angles, ground game. Great style, great textures. Some of the bunkers look like they need a touch more depth on the sculpting side though. The par three in the first set of pictures looks great. Looks like an Alps/Punch Bowl type hole.

Looks like an Alps/Punch Bowl type hole. Indeed, lots of sculpting to go. Every bunker lip, fairway/green edge, etc will be smoothed out and sculpted. The beach running up into the edges of 9, 17, and 18 is the hardest look to get right and I'm still working on that. Only hole left to rough in is the 16th; holes 1-15 and 17-18 are routed and drawn. Then, I'll go back and do the detail sculpting, then large scale planting, then detail planting, then final touch ups including flattening all teeboxes one more time, making sure waypoints are all right, play testing all the pin sets, and putting a bow on it for everyone to hopefully enjoy.

Is that the final color of the greens? They look really neon green in the pictures compared to the surroundings.
Like the style and the look of the difficulty

Haven't decided what color to go with for the greens. I have them that color now to assist, somewhat, in the ability to see the defining lines of the surfaces. Not sure if I will go with a more baked out look for them or a "this is the only part of the course we water" look like you saw at Carnoustie this year.
