SEASON 63

Season 63 Event 1 is setup and starts on Sunday 21st July.

The entry fee for each event remains at HB$100.

Four players have been removed so we are down to 19. Div C is therefore a bit sparse, but if anyone wants to join or rejoin late, then they can be added into Div C.

As noted earlier, I am moving to one 18-hole round per event per week.

It is Round of 32 time in the KO Cup. Halved matches will go to a replay match in Event 2. Here is the full draw that Lady Luck (aka wheelofnames.com) has given us.

Please remember that a DNF opponent in the KO Cup is a Bye to the next round, and there are 13 of these and only 3 actual matches.

well has you know the UK consists of England-Scotland-N Ireland-Wales so depending where we were born the majority would say they are ie Wales they would say they are Welsh before British born in Scotland they would say they are Scottish before British etc

Last Man Standing(season 63).

According to Ken's fixtures, we have 19 players registered for this season. I've decided that because there is a lower number than in the past that only 3 players will be eliminated each week. This will only start in week 2 so everyone is safe(for now). This format means there will be 4 players left going into week 7 still fighting for the seat. Oh and another thing, as mentioned before, MR LONGPOLEx(Neil) will be playing off 2 and not 3 as his player code would suggest. Hope you don't think i'm out to get you Neil! After all, you are the current bog seat dweller and you played off 3 to win it last time!

Last man standing(Week1 & 2 update).

It was great to see we had a player return to action for the season in WheezingNoonan(Phil), making the total number of runners 20. Officially there was meant to be no eliminations in week 1 but there were two  players who did not sign both cards in week 1. These were : F57Andromeda(Vince) and XcL Gizman(Graham).

So 18 players were left going into week 2 and as week 3 required 16 players, 2 players would be waving goodbye. It actually turned out to be 2 'non runners' again! These were : joncfc1967(Jon) and Wizzfox(Steve).

Week 4 requires 13 players and as we have 16 left, therefore 3 will be eliminated in week 3.

Playing rounds in 20mins is tough but fun. It's the only way I can enjoy the challenge these days. Only problems are the inevitable terrible few holes! But it still beats hitting a bogey when you have really tried hard.....lol.
