Hoping to get an exemption into CC-A - missed by 2 shots last week so I guess the route to success will be fewer unforced bogies.
Not sure why everyone is so upset by the last course - it was fine.

I MADE THE FONZIE TOUR!!! And surprisingly was only 1 stroke away from earning an exemption to the Web. Not too disappointed about that though I'm just happy to move up a tour. Hopefully I can actually compete at this level. Is that why you changed your avatar? Congrats CiB0RG, will miss ya on the killer B tour.

Thanks! and I changed my avatar again because I was tired of trying to make a little cartoon look like me. You will have some time to catch up Art! I currently have no strikes and no exemptions so I think it's a good time for me to take a break for a few weeks and focus on my course designing. Getting close to a contest deadline! Hopefully I will stay sharp with all the playtesting I will be doing. Good luck out there this week everyone. I'll be watching the leaderboards!

Way to go mark and all. Looking forward to getting back on tour and seeing my buddies Had an eagle on 14 and an ace on 16. I was -8 in the final 6 holes saving a hideous round. Ended with a -3.

+8. Vomit. I just didn't see the same course as everyone else sees. Maybe rd's 2-4 will be better, couldn't be much worse. I guess you could call it a rally of sorts. -5 +2 +5 May have secured last place with this performance. DEFINITELY getting two strokes. So much for a break from playing helping MY game. Still... Onward!!

Onward!! I think I am seeing the same course you are. Pretty, pleasant, but not giving up much. Seemed like all my shots were off by about 5 yards. I don't know if it was wind/alt or just not a warm fuzzy about this course. 2 rounds to go, but starting off -3 was definitely disappointing. Followed up with a -6 so we shall see what the last 2 rounds have in store. Anyone out there on PC that wants to practice, send me a message on steam. I think I am kcfox, or kcfox0971 or both. Cheers! KC

I gave this course 5 stars the first time I played it. The thing is, there is just something about it that I can't quite put my finger on. I just could never score on the front nine, but shot 29 on the back twice.
I went 65-61-65-65 for -24 which is a little frustrating. After the 61, I was poised to go low for a sponsor exemption up to Web. Oh well.

Well......reached a new milestone today. First tournament I’ve ever dropped out of after two-and-a-half years on tour here. Kept getting fast downswings shot after shot after shot. Game was unmanageable to the point that I couldn’t even be sure of hitting the half of the fairway I wanted. Very disappointed with my gameplay experience this week. Don’t know the cause, don’t care at this point.

I really don't know what to make of this tournament. After carding 67 67 68 67 I thought I'd be straight back down to CC-D, but after 3 I'm still clinging on. I should be safe but you never know if players are going to hit the ground running on the last round. What I've took from it regardless is I can hit the fairways as I've got 100% FIR. I think I've learnt to deal with my slow backswing and compensate for it. Now just to deal with my approaches and putting and I might turn out alright at this game.

I found there were a lot of elevated greens which took out rolling the ball up to the hole.

The first hole really is the worst. Not sure if it's the pin placements or just the slant of the green but it is pretty nasty. It gets better after that. There's one par 4 where a creek is literally right in the middle of where I would be landing driver. Luckily i've had helping winds to carry it but might lay up last 2 rounds.
Overall the course is okay. It's funny I ran a few practice rounds to see if I should move up to tour clubs, I shot like -5 with tour clubs, OVER par with standard clubs (I think less because I know I can hit straight), and -7 with the player clubs in practice rounds. Get to the tournament and shoot -3, -3 to start lol.
The greens have a great deal of slope to them. I'd love to see a course with flatter but smaller greens. Everything in this game breaks double what you would expect it to do. Hope they tweak that out when 2019 comes out with the new ball physics.
Maybe I can save this week and earn an exemption but gonna take some -5's

Has something changed with TGCT in this division? I finished with -20 and I’m currently T5 yet last few weeks that wouldn’t have got me in top 50. Also my final round was up on the website pretty much as soon as I finished. Usually took way longer.

Also my final round was up on the website pretty much as soon as I finished. Usually took way longer. 1. This course is playing much tougher than most courses used for the Challenge Circuit. 2. There were some improvements made that sped up the score-transfer from the game.
