River Raid on my first computer ever, the Commodore 64.
Then I loved the first parts of Sim City pretty much. Ohhh... and Civilization of course. That was incredible.
Finally Anstoss 3, a german Football Manager. Was also pretty much involved in the Community & with the Developers there. That was fun too. Anstoss 3? Was that the series that got re-named Randalierkoenig? 😜

If we extended the list to 2004, then Hot Shots Golf: Fore! by a mile. But I’ll play by the rules.... This game was literally my childhood! Still love the game, though I don’t play it often. Honestly.... who didn’t have this game if they had an N64? I spent a lot of the summer of ‘97 trying to complete this game.... I was 11, that’s why I sucked so bad Same thing with SM64.... if you had an N64, you had his game. And you probably loved it. And last one I’ll mention... I still play the new pokemon games when they come out, but I spent so much time playing this as a kid that it’s kind of sad.... lol

For me, hands down, it was PCFutbol, a spanish dinasty of football managers. The first version was released by spanish studio Dinamic Multimedia back in 1992, but the first one real hit was the version 3.0, featuring spanish league of 1994-95 season. I must have spent ages playing that game till the last version released by Dinamic, in 2000 I think. Nowadays, the series is still being published, but in a lower level of quality by some other editors
