Just to clarify a few things:
1) you may register for this event right now, but you are NOT required to begin your course right now. Many of you are in Griff's Designer Challenge Series, and you can/should put all of your effort into that until your DCS course is done.
2) this event doesn't technically begin until May 1st, which is why some of the details aren't being released yet
3) there will be NO constraints put on your design by any rules that will come out from this point forward (this is NOT like my fantasy theme tour challenge)
4) you will hear of some people starting a course for this event as soon as they register, but that is not required, it is simply because I can't stop somebody from beginning a WIP once they register for a contest
5) no matter when you start your course, it is due between July 5th and July 15th, and CAN NOT be published before that

So if I join and build a dog track by like May 15 I have to sit on it until July? LOL KIDDING I still haven’t decided if I am dead set on joining but still a maybe  |

Piss on it...I'm in. I won't start this until I've finished my current, so hopefully if I can push this one out the door by the beginning of May I will have enough time to possibly put out a halfway decent course. Take it easy on me fellas...I'm rusty in the designer.

I don't think I can finish a course in time. I already have two in the designer that I'm working on now. However, I do enjoy sitting on the sideline and watching the progress of others.

I may be interested--been following these contests for a while so maybe it's time I participated. The only issue is the time it takes me to design a course is measured in geologic units of time. If I finish my current course in a reasonable amount of time, then I'll give it a shot.
