whenever I try to upload a picture either a scorecard for a society or a screenshot of a course I'm designing it doesn't work. I just get a weird icon.
I'm taking the screenshot, uploading it to the one drive, downloading it to my desktop then uploading it to imgur, and then posting the link.
it never works.
am I doing something wrong?

Are you placing the url of the pic between the image tags?

In Imgur, you need the 'Direct Link' option - 'Copy' the link by clicking that button when viewing your pic (you should have about 6/7 options). You can also choose the size of the pic at the bottom right - original or huge thumbnail work best for me - if you change the size, you will need to re-click the copy link button. Then on here, make sure you are on the 'Reply' option, not the 'Quick Reply' - that will then give you the little icons above your post - select the 7th icon from the right (looks like a little landscape pic) - right click and paste the link from imgur into the 'Image URL' box.
Done!
