A tempting opportunity, but already booked a golf trip to Portugal (Algarve) with a couple of friends at this time.
Saves me from tinkering with the idea of crossing the Atlantic for just a weekend of golf.
Anyway a great idea.
Maybe we can at least manage to organize a local event in spring somewhere in Austria ...
regards, MadChoice

Travel for this may not be as bad as I thought. Flying in to Raleigh from Calgary is much cheaper than Myrtle. Will likely rent a car and drive the 3 hours from Raleigh, in case anyone is also looking down the line and might want to car pool. Still looking into coming, but I may look hard at this option....thanks for offering. I can get to Raleigh from Denver direct...saves the risk of losing my clubs. I'll keep you posted.

How far off are we to getting this going? Don't want the price of the flight tickets to rise Tim

bigger airports like Charlotte or Raleigh would be good for Pinehurst. If it's Myrtle Beach you would have some options to connect via New York (including Newark), Atlanta, Chicago among others. PH is about a 2 hour drive from Charlotte, or a 1 hour drive from Raleigh. I feel like I remember seeing Delta having direct flights to London from Raleigh, but it's been a little while since I looked. It wouldn't be the smoothest trip I've ever had. Layover in Stockholm, Helsinki, New York and Charlotte for a swift 20 hour experience to myrtle beach. Last time i was in Myrtle i flew direct Myrtle from Newark. 15 years ago, might have changed😄
