So, who took the plunge this year? I tried to stay away, but couldn't resist the trip back to classic COD and WWII. Enjoying the Campaign thus far (even though it's short and limited to only the US campaign...would have liked a couple Russian missions), and multiplayer is the most engaging in years, IMO (when it works). Nice to not have to worry about stupid 15 foot jumps and jetpacks, like the last couple of years. I have it on PS4 pro, so if you are on PS4, send me an invite and we can play. TGC clan anyone?

I also took the plunge back into duty.. I'm having fun with it. The new war mode is awesome and can get super intense. It's still very run and gun but I think it was slow down once people get maps mastered and strategy comes more into play. So many people running around with their heads cut off lol.

Run and gun, no scoping, spawn killing, always getting shot in the back, jumping divers. Same ol' multiplayer. Rented the game and plan to play through the campaign though...heard it's good

Played this pretty much all weekend. Think I am up to level 32-33. Real good stuff and enjoying this much more than the futuristic bullshit the past few years with the COD. Just real run and gun. Team Deathmatch is the best!

Think ur awsome Myself do like this franchise...far more then Battlefield, but thats from my own experience. Didnt play and bought COD for a couple of years now, think three years...dunno. Reason why is the simple fact that when you get older, your reflexes are not that good like those youngsters have nowadays, but you can still train it I suppose. I saw the streams on YouTube and Twitch and I personaly think this game is a peace of art from Activision. I really like it.

Apart from the servers going a bit wonky it's been very enjoyable. The best COD of the last 5/6 years.

Enjoying the campaign so far and private games with friends make for a good time. Expected a bit more but all in all been fun. If you like WW games might I suggest Day of Infamy. Great game plenty of hours on that one for half the price of COD WWII store.steampowered.com/app/447820/Day_of_Infamy/

The original COD WWII was the only game I have completed from start to finish. I have the new game but have not played yet. Enjoy this type over the futuristic stuff. Have fun guys and feel free to offer tips.

Great move ditching the jet packs/wall running, they lost me the last two games, but this one is back to good ole COD! However, I must say I switched to Battlefield 1 when it came out. For me BF1 all day over COD. But that's not to say COD has not made a huge step forward this year, because they have. Fun game!

I I'm 60 years old & have been playing Cod since 2010 &This has got to be the best COD game since they bought out Black Ops 2, so addictive & it's nice to get back to the original concept, no more leaping 30 or 40 feet in the air or running around walls, love it
