Call of Duty WWII

So I bought this game last Friday or so, played through the campaign over the weekend, and will now maybe open it 2 or 3 more times before I uninstall. You'd think I would have learned my lesson from the last 3+ times I bought a COD game lol oh well, was fun(ish) while it lasted.

Since I've been under the weather the past few days with a lot of free time on my hands, I've tried to play some Multiplayer. It's kind of fun in it's own "let's run around, try to see someone and shoot before they kill you" kind of way, but 99% of the time the teams are so imbalanced it's ridiculous. I was in a lobby with 6 people yesterday, team deathmatch, but it somehow made the teams 4 vs. 2 instead of 3 vs. 3. I though "OK, maybe I'll have a chance at winning for once," but nope - those 2 dudes proceeded to utterly smoke us. I quit when it was something like 60 to 5...again, just 2 people vs. 4 others. I used to be decent at older versions of COD when I was in college, and I know I'm sh%$ now lol but it's insane to me the disparity between people who tryhard this game online and those who just want to jump in for an hour every couple of days or so.

I quit playing after Modern Warfare whenever that was. I know people love twitch shooters but I like more realism and team work. BF4 was/is a great game and delivers both but adds a little arcade in there. PUBG is certainly way more realistic then both games (when it works).

My favorite off time was Socom. Loved that game.
