I have DR 3W 1I 3I 5I 6I 7I 8I 9I PW SW LW GW P I tried that setup but you need a 236 carry so few times and it still doesn't stop all that well. But the main thing was that the cone is really small on the 1i. To just layup you're better off using 3 wood or 3 iron. I just stick with my real setup. D 3w 3i-9i Pw Gw Sw Lw P

I keep hearing some of you say you love the 4 wood. Why is that? Easier to keep in play?

Changed around the middle part of my bag recently.
Dr 3W 2H 4H 5H 6H 7H 8I 9I PW GW SW LW Putter
Basically I miss outside the right side of the cone too much and felt I needed a little more forgiveness, so I swapped out the 5I, 6I, and 7I for the same in hybrids.
Will resume my TGCT career with this setup most likely.

Driver 4wood 3-9 iron PW GW SW LW Putter
4 wood is a life saver can be annoying not reaching some of the longer par 5

My sweet and versatile 3-Iron is the only club I need.

I've pretty much settled on the following configuration
driver 3W 1 iron 3 iron 5 hybrid 6 iron 7 iron 8 iron 9 iron PW GW SW LW Putter
This gives me a nice coverage of distances and fills the gaps in yardage well, and I just love hitting laser 1 irons and my 198 hybrid is really growing on me.

Swing revolution!
After 15 years of playing golf video games, I finally decided to look at my controller while I swing. Much straighter within the cone. Took ALL the hybrids out for my R4 PGA practice round and shot a -13.
Now:
Dr 3W 2I 4I 5I 6I 7I 8I 9I PW GW SW LW Putter

No. I all of a sudden (probably HB) can hit the ball much straighter within the cone. I'd prefer irons over hybrids all things being equal, but irons have a smaller cone (forgiveness) area. Because of that I used hybrids until I switched back last night. The tempo doesn't really come into play with club switches as far as I know. It's anecdotally noted that PC has the hardest time with tempo, likely because of the huge variances one can have with FPS. Consoles can't get nearly as high of FPS, so it would make sense that the tempo variation would be smaller.

It looks good, got all of the distances covered.. I saw in one incarnation of your bag you had a bunch of hybrids. Now you only have two.. Any real reason?
