Congratulations SAM on getting through to the group stages. Surprised and pleased to have made it through myself. I was just coming on here to say how nervous I was for our matchup as I played yours the other day and as expected it was another great Sam course. It came down to fine margins on all of the matchups tbh so I consider it fair amount of luck on my part... fortunately for our match the judges liked how mine played, that isn't the case with everyone so you could have walked it on another occasion  . Good luck in the next round Tough luck Clint Kelso and rhino4life. You guys offered up 2 great courses and on any other day could easily have taken our spots. |

I sort of hope Sam gets 2nd spot here, not because I think I have a great shot at winning against him/you, but simply to get the opportunity to redeem myself from the Summer Showdown loss. I fear I won't make it to a final so this is my chance It is on |

As far as I can work out it's a very important call too!!!
My Port Sunlight versus David's (rhino4life's) Jacobs Creek and Lauren Hills.......
Think I'll wait for the official stamp before any celebrating....

My heads puddled but I think you've all jumped the gun? There's still 1 judge to announce? As far as I can work out it's a very important call too!!! To be "brutally honest"  - I think you've hijacked the contest (especially by offering a decent prize) & taken a lot of the limelight away from @griff & co. Poor "taste" & poor etiquette in my opinion ...... I'm guessing you wouldn't even have done the "rated" playthroughs had Kiawah Ivory Coast made it through to the knock out stages?
