Ok my bad, I just thought when it said we police each other that, that's what it meant ?? It can only cause a riot for the people chipping on there I suppose

From the Rules and Procedures page at TGCTours.com (scroll down a bit to "Acceptable Shots on the Greens" section): Policing of this issue will be the responsibility of tour members. If you see a ghost ball chipping on the green and it is obvious that there is no obstruction between them and the pin, record a video and submit it to us at commish@tgctours.com (not on the forums!).
The video must be from the perspective of the ghost ball - you can do this by selecting Watch Replay and pick the ghost ball that is chipping on the greens. Please keep accusations between you and TGCTours staff. It could very well turn out that the player was off the green or there was some obstruction between the ball and cup, and now people will think the player is a cheater. Or you could be absolutely correct and the staff might miss this information and the player goes unpunished.

ok I will, it wasn't an accusation I watched the reply several times, but from now on will just let the issue slide. I haven't ever done it. Also as I said in the original post I didn't know how to record someone else's replay. It didn't allow me to save replay. Also my own view is that let the person who made the shot defend it. Not try an do things via a back door report and in a sneaky fashion. But I will abide by the site rules as that is what is policy from now on

HeHe, This has had more posts than how did the rounds go haha. I thought it was the appropriate thing that was done. ie Self policing policy. I couldn't give a toot if he hit driver on the green it didn't make me play any better or stop me missing 3feet putts by 8 feet. I have acknowledged the "appropriate thing" to do based on Moe and erix's statements. Wish I had took the cipping iron to my own head hehehe

Oh no...don't blast the guy who chipped on the green. NOOOOOOO

Someone was accused of chipping on the green last week on two holes so I played agains their ghost. In one case my ball actually landed right next to their ball and we were both just on the light fringe the second hole he was again on the light fringe. It was an easy mistake to make assuming he was chipping on the green because the fringe was quite hard to see.

It was an easy mistake to make assuming he was chipping on the green because the fringe was quite hard to see. Indeed, that was my mistake. From my point of view I'm very glad it wasn't public, I made an honest mistake and the player was rightly cleared of any wrong doing. These things should never be on public forums unless somebody is verified and proven of cheating, and even then it is unnecessary. I even watched the replay and thought I was right! A closer second look and the benefit of the stats (which confirmed he had missed the green) proved me wrong.
lessangster, sorry I wasted your time, I'll be a lot more careful in future.

Not a problem we need to police our tourneys. You had to look really close to see he was on the fringe I could barely make it out myself. Giraffe72

Why not publicly. I think there is too much worry about peoples views, if you break the rules or look for an advantage then why shouldn't others know ??
I know now that the correct procedure is what is stated further up topic. But ive stated my own views and ive nothing against knowing who cheats and who doesn't. Im not saying CODE3 cheated. All I did was point out the chip on green.
