Nice to see people hate my course.I don't know then why they picked it to host a tournament I can't speak for everybody else but I love your course. FWIW, there hasn't been a course created that somebody didn't hate. You need to grow a thick skin if you're going to survive out here. My 2 cents for whatever they're worth.

Well it's the 2nd course off mine they've picked and that's good enough for me. Personally my latest course I've done is my best by far, I think. The Aztec Valley (evening).

Hey nuter, I'm not going to lie you. This course is being like a kick in the back. We don't communicate at all. Does this mean the course is bad? No, imo it's a great work. But we ain't friends. The work is very well done. There is strategy involved in every hole, there are rewards in every hole. And there are punishments.
I'm starting to score low regularly. I think i can do well in the tournament, but hey, your course is making me sweat and that's nice (I'm a bit sadistic). The only part of the course i find "argueable" is the 11th green. I say argueable because this is very subjective. I feel it's too sloppy, maybe it would benefit if had one flat safe area. But hey, it is what it is and I'm going to do my best to beat it

Just some reinforcement for the designer. My only two gripes with the course is 1- I am not a fan of that theme, no matter who makes the course, that is not on you though as I stated below, its just the colors don't suit my eye. Thats all. 2- Again, my personal preference in tournament I prefer tougher courses, again that isnt a knock on you at all, it is a perfect fit for the ones in CC who are struggling. Leader board wise, I wind up placing better on tougher courses. Again, those are the only things about the course that I can gripe about, and the word gripe is way too strong. I think you did an amazing job on it. And as I stated somewhere in this thread some of the holes are pure fun to play. This course is a birdie fest for sure. Can't wait till tougher ones come up in rotation though. I fare better. As for the course, I think it could be a masterpiece if it wasn't for the theme. I just as a personal preference don't like that Flintstones look. The planting, retaining walls, bridges are second to none

Welcome to the blessing and the curse of being selected for a TGCT event. Your plays will skyrocket and your course rating will plummet, lol. I haven't played your course yet (on the list), but I would take the selection of the course as a compliment, and ignore the complaints.

2 things.
1) Your course
The only problem I have with the whole thing is the pin position and slope on hole 11. I missed a 3 footer and ended up 8 feet down a hill putting 5 inches up and ended up with a bogie. The hole is poorly designed. No PGA course in the world would have a slope like that around the pin. It ruins what would be, for me, an excellent course. Having said that, I still love the course in general. But that hole is an abomination and quite honestly, don't know how it got passed the approval stage.
2) My latest scores and predictions for this tournament
I just too this for a spin again and shot -7. -9, -4 and -4 for 24 under.
I think I can shoot 20 under for the tournament. For E class, which is where I will be playing this from next week, I think that will only be good enough for mid way through the pack. So if 100 people enter, 20 under will probably land you around 50th place.
The winner of this one will have to shoot between 44 and 48 under.
Anyway, that's my 2 cents for whatever they're worth.

The winner of this one will have to shoot between 44 and 48 under. ^ this is my main beef with courses like this being chosen for tournaments I don't want to play a course where par is a punishment. I want to play a course where you're looking for par..and if you make a birdie or eagle...you worked your ass off to get it.

Thanks for your comments guys.I know it's not gonna be to everyone's taste and I dident mean to create a sh%$ storm on here and people are going to have different views so sorry if I gave the wrong impression.I do however try to make my courses abit different from the others.

I like the course, especially the 16th. Puts green in range, but takes a good shot to line up an eagle. Find the first, second and eleventh the toughest ones. Like others have said, the 11th green is tough and if I get par there it's as good as a birdie.
18th could be interesting for anyone under scoreboard pressure! Stil not sure how best to play it.
I have enjoyed playing it for one.

Hey I don't think you created a sh%$ storm on here at all. I was just in the process of sending you a message then I saw you had posted. I was feeling bad that if anything I said was taken out of context, I admit I'm not the best at articulating myself in a typed message. I did use the words masterpiece, amazing in my other posts so hope you caught that lol. I gave up reviewing a month ago because I just can't critic someone else's hard work, just wasn't for me. And in my whole year here I have never bashed someones course and would never do that and hope I never came across that way. Thanks for your comments guys.I know it's not gonna be to everyone's taste and I dident mean to create a sh%$ storm on here and people are going to have different views so sorry if I gave the wrong impression.I do however try to make my courses abit different from the others.

18th could be interesting for anyone under scoreboard pressure! Stil not sure how best to play it. Driver,3W,pitch from about 50yds to within 5 feet every time(unless you shank your 2nd). Easy birdie hole.
