Hello all! Thought I would start of this weeks forum.
I haven't played the tournament yet as I haven't had chance to get on, however I did play the tune up for about 9 holes last week and found the fairways can be tricky.
Posting here as in week 10 I was sitting in CC-D and this week coming l be playing exemption in CC-A....so go easy on your scoring!
My aim will be to try and get my card for this Circuit, if that fails then to earn as much money as possible as I'm looking to get into the top 64 money rankings.
Good luck all!

Can probably safely say I'll be straight back to CC-B next week. Only -1 thru my first two rounds.
Dropped a couple shots in the drink, another on the 18th 2nd round I was behind the board near the water and my shot flew off to the left after my approach hit the board.
Then my putting, nothing was going for me. Best I can hope for is to shoot best I can the last two rounds to earn some money.

Even if you drop back, sounds like you'll be in CC-A soon enough. Good luck.

Best I've ever done is 5 under and that was a miracle. Normally, I'm just around par or slightly under. And these past few days, now that my game has gone south, I'm lucky if I shoot 2 under. Just relax and enjoy your free week, That's what I'm gonna do.

Thank you. Yeah I agree the course is tough. Think whichever circuit I was in this week I wouldn't be scoring high up the leaderboard.
Just got to keep plodding along and get better.

Well, I am some serious need of help. I just played the practice tour again and shot 18 over. I carefully watched the joystick on every shot to make sure it was going up straight and with very few instances, all straight shots still hooked left. Something is wrong with my XBox 360 controller or something has happened to the software or something has gone wrong with my hands. But when you're that careful and still can't drive straight something is not right.
I'm going to buy a new XBox 360 controller tomorrow if Best Buy is open. We were hit with a major snow storm around here. I'm going to give that a shot first and then try a new graphics card. After that, I don't know what else to do but I can't play the game as it is now.
My exemption week couldn't have come at a worse time. I am certain to finish dead last in D Class if I can't drive the ball straight.
Needless to say, this is very frustrating.

Just shot -9 for my first round and it should've been more along the lines of -14. Can't believe how many birdie putts I missed on that round

None of my putts were going in any of my first two rounds and going into my 3rd round the same. Not shot my 4th yet. Just had an email too about changes. Now a percentage for exemptions etc and next month is a moving month. Could be very interesting!

I could not get to grips with that course. Apart from the nasty winds, this played so bad. the first 2 rounds were a disaster, -3, -2. Everytime i hit onto a green, it just kept rolling and had to try and make too many 20+fters and i missed most of them, must have left the putter in the bar lol. my drives rolled into the rough and bunkers way too many times for me and got bad lies, so goodluck to you all, i will be down near the bottom again.

Well any chance of me having a good tournament evaporated on the 2nd round, somehow shot a 73!!!!! Unbelievable!!
How can I shoot 63 on my first round then a full 10 shots worse on the 2nd!! Had to turn it off after that, will come back to it on Thursday or something when I've cleared my head a bit lol

Hey Jay, this course was more of a b%& than I think most people want to admit. That I shot 5 under I think is a miracle. There was almost no room for error on many of the fairways and the greens had very few "safe" landing areas without ending up in the rough or sand. I actually enjoyed playing the course because it was a challenge. But I won't miss it now that it's over. Looking forward to being back in E Class next week where I belong.

I wont miss it either lol. A is filled with such good talent that playing like this guarantees you will be down the bottom lol.

I shot - 10 -11 -11 -10 in cc-a this week That could well win it, least be up there. It's kind of nice to see I'm not the only one who struggled to get going. Drives in the rough, missing chances for 5 pars under GIR is always disappointing. Doing that 3 times a round for example over 4 rounds cost a lot of shots to people who make eagles and easy birdies. Then the wind had me at times and my putting...just one of them weeks. I really need to get hold of a rule of thumb for cross wind through the bag.
