super shooting brad, shame it wasn't a 5 footer on the last Haha, thanks Ian You're right though. If it was 5 feet I'd have almost certainly missed it 14-30 feet I'm much more comfortable with Seriously though, I think I made all of my 5 footers this week? I missed a couple of 7 footers, but they weren't gimmes, I just misread them slightly.

Would've been -27 this week if I'd cut out some silly bogies. Really need to tighten that aspect of my game, everything else is fine currently.

I think the 8th in rounds 2 and 4 may be the worst hole I've ever played in a TGC Tour Event. Did anyone actually manage to get the ball to stop on top of that ridge without hitting the pin?

I had a 3 in the first round and it knocked my end in with a 9 in round two I missed the green on the right and went backwards and forwards across the ridge.

Was watching my brother in his final round and he almost threw the control pad at the TV when his 3rd shot ran back across the green. No idea how that pin position was approved, getting near on a normal green would have been very difficult but with the firm greens I'm not sure its even possible.

After taking a couple of days break from tournament golf, I decided to play my final two rounds tonight. I finished 57,64,62,62 for a -39 total. A course that suits my game. I've had some success on firm setups, the fact that pars are good on a lot of the holes gives me a calmer feeling when playing these tournaments. Round one was incredible, I started with holing my approach into the 1st and played flawlessly for the rest of the round. Round two was a bit of a reality check, standing on the 14th tee at only -3 I thought that I'd played my way out of the tournament after that crazy first round. Then out of the blue I holed my second and made two more birdies coming in for a respectable 64. Round 3 was more like it, a nice 62 which could have been better as I parred the two par 5's. The most pleasing thing for me was my 72nd hole birdie, which has put me one ahead of Ian at the top of the leaderboard ATM. A very tough pin to get at, I played a 9 iron which pitched at about the distance that I wanted, but a little right of my intended landing zone leaving me a nervy 14 footer I must have been over that putt for 2 minutes or so? I finally hit it and it looked for all the world that it was going to stay to the right, but at the last second it curled into the cup and I could breathe again There are still a couple of players that could catch me, especially Michael Martin who is sitting at -18 after two rounds, so I won't count my chickens just yet. From experience I know that despite this course's high difficulty, it is possible to go very low if your luck's in, so good luck to the guys still to finish Here's proof that luck plays a huge part of being in the top couple of places or being an also ran! Hats off to u Brad! Great score on a really testing setup..

Congrats Brad!
Clearly your best play comes out on the harder set-ups.

Why was Brian Cairns score removed? He's been the guy I've been setting as my rival on this tour! I said I'd ask for him is all, if you'd rather he email commish, just let me know
