I do not have steam so I'm clueless. My buddy just clicks on an icon to call up TGC19 on Steam . However the last 2 days the icon does nothing and he cannot find ON the STEAM website where to find HIS games (he's not REAL computer literate).
Can you give me a clue where that would be? (we're in different cities so I can not SEE what he is seeing) or how I can help him?

He says he clicks the icon and nothing happens. When I go to steam on the website that is not what I see, So he must have something different I don’t know about. So it’s a app on his PC? Maybe in a program folders shoe where ?

I can click on the Steam App via my task bar (the little ^ arrow) - the blue and white icon is in there (Windows 10). Then choose Library to get to all his games.
Alternatively - I can go via: My Computer / Windows (C:) / Program Files (x86) / Steam / steamapps / common
In that folder are all my games.

If Windows 10 click on the Windows icon bottom left corner, brings up all the apps installed. Scroll down to S to find the Steam folder which should have all his Steam registered games in. (That's if he's installed Steam on his PC)

I got him to click on STEAM and he found TGC2 and TGC19 but nothing happens, just sits and spins. I failed on getting him to find his files as his WIN10 does different things then my laptop. I'll have to get down there in a couple weeks for hands on. thanks anyway
