Only 3 rounds in the books so far....my computer died this afternoon (RIP) so I can only hope I'll be able to get a new one in time to finish the week. First and 3rd rounds were meh, 2nd round was really good. But I don't know my score! This is a FANTASTIC course and I have no real complaints about it. Great hole strategy, awesome greens complexes (especially since they don't rely on sideslope pins) - newer designers take note, this is how you design a tour-worthy course. Veteran work and just great stuff, maybe my favorite course so far this season on CC. Thanks for the kind words on the course mate, It's a masterpiece of realistic, strategic course design. Well done. I thoroughly enjoyed it - it plays very differently depending on wind and pins. The greens are fantastic.

Very poor first round, 4 birdies, 3 bogies and many missed putts, I hit two or three straightish birdie putts far too hard and another two or three missed from about five foot by getting the break wrong, lovely course though, really well done.

Shot -11 for my first round which has me near the top of the leader board for the first time in many many weeks. Just a solid overall round, nothing spectacular, but made the putts I should. Fingers crossed I can keep it up.

Much better 2nd round after my very poor 70 in round 1, a bogey free 60.

Beautiful, realistic course from jacquesy123 & a real treat to play... reminded me very much of my own stuff & design style but his greens are way better & tougher. -3, -11, -8, -3 for an event total of -25.... Just a shame I'm hopeless on firm, firm, very fast settings. Mid division as per usual, no green tick, no red cross.... perpetual CC-B >>>>>>

-8 and -3 for my last two rounds to finish on -23, a beautiful course but not as easy as it first seems.

I'm on the chopping block this week in CCB so I need to score.
Round 1: -10/62 Round 2: -4/68 -- Tougher pins this round, I really struggled to get close! Also saved a chip in bogey after missing the sucker par 5 fairway, so it could have been worse. Round 3: -6/66 -- Lots of tucked pins
The (almost) 5-month old has woken up from his nap, so round 4 will have to wait.

Started off just fine with -9 and -10. Round 3 was unfortunately the most frustrating round I've had for quite some time with a -2. Last round was an okay -8 but at that point I didn't care as I had already ruined my chance for a top finish, *sigh* ...

OK Round Quattro in the books.
Started out par-par-par-bogey and I was thinking, oh god this is going to be a mess. Then went birdie, eagle from fairway, 4 more birds in a row and suddenly things were really cooking.
Round 4: -10/62
That rounds me out for a total of -30 this week, that should be good enough to avoid demotion, as I've collected 3 demo marks now! I can't remember if they all clear with a decent finish, or just one at a time - but I'll take it.
Acouna is a decent course. Not my favorite, not my least favorite. Some good challenges out there, some interesting holes. Felt the 'necked' fairways were a little bit much, and a few of the par 3s were a little too long for the green complexes. Good stuff overall.

I feel your pain dystemper you start off with a really low first round and you think this is going to be my week, i'm going to be in contention and a top 5 place will be nice, then the rest of the week is meh, never mind there's always next week

I just played round 2, I par the first two holes but i'm playing well knocking it near the pin and feeling good, by hole six I am 5 under, 3 birdies and a par four eagle, oh yes this is going to be my week, I bogey seven and eight but pull one back at the ninth to sit -4 at the turn, oh well not too bad lets rip up the back nine I think to myself, so I treble bogey eleven and double bogey thirteen with a birdie in between, I finish with three pars and two birdies for a -2 finish, what might have been eh, now I need to post two good scores in the remaining rounds to avoid a red mark

Not a great week for yours truly. -25 and a 70ish finish.
Good luck to any with holes to play.
