Who the heck are you guys? At least the PGA contingent. Week after week we biatch and moan the course is too easy, the course is too hard, tricked up, Fischer Price, flickers, cheaters, etc. After playing this one I popped the top on a cold one, popcorn in hand and it’s like “Kumbaya” on here. Does that mean everyone liked it or does it mean everyone was beaten into submission. I hated this course passionately in the 3 practice rounds I played. Usually yelling something like this tricked up flocking course sucks! So I played with no expectations other than to keep my controller in one piece. Did not look at this thread before playing my rounds nor did I look at the in game leaderboards. My motto was “play not to bogie”... Anyway 1st round shot over my head. To be honest I had a few lucky breaks and was -6 after 9. Giggling like a silly school girl. Got in my own head for a minute and promptly bogied 10 and 11. Checked myself and went -4 for the next 5 and finished with a -8. Second round I remembered why I hated the greens on this one. The pin positions on this were set by a madman. Shot -4 fairly clean round I think. -12. Cut made Last two rounds were full of ups and downs. One double that I remember. Otherwise kept true to my “play to not bogie” attitude and shot -6 and -4 for -22. It won’t disturb the top 15 or so. But after it was done I had to admit that I enjoyed not considering par a miserable failure on each hole. More like this please, just not every week. This was miles better than playing in 25mph winds for 2.5 rounds on a course that can’t defend itself any other way. Im all pissed out!

Maybe not the place for it and certainly not an accusation, but seeing that Crawsey is tied for the lead...Someone just sent me an anonymous email(which is crazy). Had a video of Crawsey pkaying a round. Nothing personal at all here, never spoke to the man, but... Wonkiest garbage swing I have ever seen and this is coming from a guy (me) who has missed like 6 cuts in a row. We are not playing the same game. Dissapointed. I won't comment on this further. Where have you been?

Not sure I’m up for this type grind every week, but definitely when the tournament’s prestige or purse (majors, WGCs, playoff events) warrants a sterner test.

Through a round and a halfish before I had to stop. This is the hardest I've ever tried to enjoy something TGC related...that's really all I'm trying to do, enjoy it. Very pleased with my first round, made 3 stupid lucky putts, but just don't feel like I'm being rewarded for good shots at times - through the first 11 or so holes I've played in round 2, I've landed the ball in the dead center middle of a pinched fairway 3 times - great drives, well anticipated and setup, good execution - only to have the ball kick dead left/right and trickle into the heavy rough, leaving an impossible 2nd shot to an impossible pin. Guess my read on "good setup" for a shot is fairly accurate most of the time, but no so much on this 1-off week. Anyway...I'm really trying to force the smile, hence the quick-exit through part of round 2, as the smile was fading. I'm sure I'll pick it back up later and fight to under par (hopefully....), but I guess my point is...well, nvm lol it'll just come off like crying, and that's not what I'm here to do. Best of luck to everyone out there, and remember, when you feel the controller throw coming...quick quit ftw! (ps, never have I ever thrown a controller, seems silly to me...but...if it were going to happen, this could be the week... )

Just read back posts above mine, may have been a good idea to do that first...
Anyhow...go on, post the video then, all of the TGCT community is tuning in this week for our collective meltdown session, might as well.

Well all of you who have played up till now are DQ-ed anyway.......for starting your rounds too early - it is my duty to be the first person to play each event, so you can all bugger off.......that way I might even make the cut with a very average -4 and -1 for -5 total after 36 holes Only that good semi-decent due to a nice two hole spell in R1 when I hit the flag on the par 3 7th (tap in for 2), then holed my 2nd shot into the 8th for eagle. Other than that - some decent looking shots....some of which ended ok, some didn't. A few strange putts and chips that were either much faster / slower / broke more / broke less than they would appear they should. Meh.

I would be just fine with it if it was "just fine". You dominate the tour with a swing that literally wouldn't be top 100 if not for some breakdown of the system. You must know this. Have you ever tried to swing it the way it was obviously intended? You found an exploit. Not illegal, but an exploit no doubt.
