Had a decent 1st round at -7 but could Not handle the wind in round 2 with a -1. I better step it up before I end up on the CC.

First two rounds checking in at -7 and -8. PPH of a 1.3 (Good for 4th) and 1 bogey.
#2 spot on the xbox side and...............................#22 overall.
Very little competitive balance between consoles.
For the record, a 5/5 and favorite the course. Absolutely LOVED the conditions.

staypuft39 is part of a team that just released The California Club, it’s not hard to see what parts of the course he done, anytime a good shot is hit and the ball rolls of the green, it’s Matt’s design. It’s the other two designers I feel sorry for though, putting in all that hard work only for the course to be blacklisted by schedulers for tour because of Matt’s shocking behavior towards me. Look at the poll Matt, look at the poll, who’s in the right now. Disclamer: No other scheduler is involved with this post and have never ever blacklisted a course, but they should dammit, they should.

Look, you handsome devil, I not only designed the red slopes on the green, but also ALL the OB areas. Give me a little credit at least. Getting pretty close to the end of my rope... *begins upload of dannakedmacarena.mov*

Finished up with a 64(-8) and 68(-4) for a -23 total, assuming -11 makes the cut, I really wish I could putt . Good luck to those yet to play / finish. PS hmammoth if I go by the poll you appear to be a handsome devil that smells !!

First tourney on the Web and man was that an eye opener...holy sh%$. -8 with a very costly double on a botched chip and then just got destroyed in round 2 with a -1 and I'm slamming the trunk and heading home. What freaking cyborgs are shooting 59 or 60 on this course and in that wind...

Well first tour rounds since sometime in TGC1 and pretty happy with it. I remember staypuft39 from the original game and figured what better time to start then on one of his tracks. Great job Matt, really enjoyed that. Finished -28, not a clue where that gets you now a days. One question, does the wind not tell you the number on the tours anymore? All I got was a direction, kind of liked it that way, just took some getting used to. Glad to be rejoining and best of luck to everyone left to play.

Welcome back to the tours. On the pro tours, wind speed is not given, takes a little getting used to but not overly hard once used to it.

It gives you direction, and the circle fills in white the more wind there is - so it'll give you a good gauge of wind speed too - just not exact.

Wasn’t sure if I was missing something, but think this is great for tour play. It’ll take some getting used to, but think having a good idea of what the wind is but not an exact number is way more realistic.
