This is from a new designers view point that still has a lot to learn. Just things I observed and first thoughts
Pro Cubs - Black Tees - Pin 1
Hole 1 - Impressive opening hole. I thought your bunkers looked great. I liked how you sunk in the grass around the edges. I can learn from that. Birdieā¦.-1
Hole 2 - nice fairway, thought you could plant a little more around trees on the left and right. A little bumpy in front of other tee boxes. Par -1
Hole 3 - My first thought was water again on the right then BAM we turn right to see a green surrounded by deadwood. Marsh material. Tough pin in the front left but you were very smart having the green run back down to it. Birdie -2
Hole 4 - Like the trees in the water. Good marsh material. Par -2
Hole 5 - Nice job on the rushing water. Hate when it is too fast. I might of extended it out of sight line. To me looks a little odd stopping at next tree. elevation change is nice. Par -2
Hole 6 - Very tight par 5. A crosswind could make it interesting. The planting at the back seems a little out of place. Bunkers again look good. Par -2
Hole 7 - Very tight little two tier green to stick a ball on from 223. Par -2
Hole 8 - found the rough on the drive which made for a really tough second shot across the water. Made it barley. Par -2
Hole 9 - first thought being honest. Why is the wood just in front of the fairway. Might of done some more creation in the water. Par -2
Hole 10 - I could see a crosswind causing a challenge of tee box with tree on the right. Nice. Sideways Island green will play tough in wind as well. Thank goodness this hole is pretty short or a major challenge. Played with three other ghosts and watched them all put int in the water or over. Chipped in for birdie. -3
Hole 11 - Short easy par 5. Every course should have one. Island flowers in the sand look good. Birdie -4
Hole 12 - challenging par 3. Two ghosts found the water. Par -4
Hole 13 - Now this is what I like. A good wind you can cut the distance on this hole bigtime. Mine is just 2mph so decided to play it safe. Found the bunker. Very tough to stick green from bunker. Found the water in front. Bogey -3
Hole 14 - with the two trees on the left. A crosswind to the right and the pin behind the trees makes for a tricky second. Hit a amazing draw shot putting it four foot from pin. Birdie -4
Hole 15 - pretty straight forward par 3. Hit the front lip of bunker par -4
Hole 16 - Without a tailwind hitting a driver off tee box to big of challenge. Tree on the left sticks out just enough to challenge 2nd shot. Tried to draw around it but hit it. I had all types of issues on hole. Happy with par. -4
Hole 17 - not a fan of the fairway on this hole. I like the driveabilty but something about the fairway is a distraction. Found the water. Bogey -3
Hole 18 - hole 18 would of liked to see a clubhouse or something knowing its the final. Par -3
Overall Very nice work! Layout was good, Bunkers were something for me to shoot for. Enough challenging shots but not over challenging. Would deferentially enjoy playing a four round event here. I dont see any reason it does not get approved and I could see an event at some level being scheduled.

Yep, nice course... for improvement the one thing that stood out to me was the fairway edges were too wavy... comes off as unnatural and takes me out of the game... maybe a bit more restraint on the shaping. That was just to my eye.
Will happily play this course though, might use it on our Xbox alt shot stream this Friday night... if you want more feedback than you can handle from experienced players and designers, you can catch the stream.

Let me know how to get that Stream and watch the Alt.shot match!! Timing - Friday night, we kick off at 11pm BST London, 6pm EDT Washington, 12noon (Sat) NZDT Auckland, we play three matches, each of which takes around an hour, your course looks like being the third so add two hours roughly to those start times, although if the first games are 6&5 blowouts it could be earlier! Where - "www.twitch.tv/stately_owl" you can follow along live or watch a replay up to a month later
