par breakers means to score better/lower than par. Therefore, par breakers are scores of birdie and better. I think Thanks. So it's the number of below par holes as a percentage. Not sure why we need that stat, what are we meant to do with it? Anyway, thanks again. Here is the PGA stats.... www.pgatour.com/stats/stat.105.htmlJust an FYI

Other that to have an idea of how often you are coming in under par on holes, it seems it would be most useful in a stableford scoring format. Do any TGCT events use stableford? Would have been fun to do alongside the Barracuda last week. Ah right, yes that would make sense. Don't think TGCTours do any Stableford events but there certainly was some social events posted on the Societies and Community Run Events section here a while back that used the Stableford format.

Cheers, I can see now how it's useful when comparing nearly 1,000 holes over 57 rounds of golf. Over one round of video game golf seems a bit of a waste, although I can also understand that it's a really easy stat to display. Thanks for all your replies.

So after 3 rounds -4 -7 -9 for -20. My third round should have been a 60. Drive the green on 18 only to bogey the hole lol

Stableford scoring is not available in society play, and it won't be available in TGC2019 societies either. TGC1 did allow Stableford scoring, but the final result is the same as stroke play, except when scoring worse than double bogey. The Barracuda uses Modified Stableford scoring which awards more points for birdie than it penalizes for bogey, encouraging aggressive play.
We need HB to bring us Modified Stableford scoring!

We need HB to just launch the new game.

Fair enjoyed this tournament, interesting course, decent putting stats for a change, striping drives regularly giving rise to real confidence and the ability to plan approaches - makes a huge difference. Still had a few brain farts, missed 3ft putts etc., but overall pretty happy with the -30. Sawgrass next week is gonna be brutal in comparison.

I rushed through my R2 because I didn’t have much time to play and I played HORRIBLE! I was +2 through 6 and was missing all kinds of stupid putts. Finished with a -3 to put me at -12 for the tournament. What a collapse. I just hope I can avoid a strike now
