Well R3 (tour) was wild, My 2nd TGC ACE par 3 2nd 155y 3mph xwind ltr 8i also 2 eagles but 3 bogies one them a double after an eagle didn't help, tour or player my putting still &%#$@. (67) -5 after 3 R4 Friday maybe. If your having a good round, you should keep playing. Stopping and waiting messes up momentum imo. But then again.... you could crash and burn. Haha Maybe just forget what I said! Lol Good luck in rd.4 bud! LOL ok, I think!!

Wow, what a round of two halves I had! Just did round 3 after a mediocre 67 in R2 and... Birdied first hole, so i think ah good start... then doubled 2nd after failing to get out of sand and end the front nine at +1. Then comes the back nine, total of 5 birdies, 1 hole in one and 1 eagle later and I'm sitting at -8 for the day with a 63. Phew!

Well, as the R3 scores are revealed, I'm currently sitting two shots above the strike line, with a disappointing R4 +2 to come. Think I'm getting a wee red x this week, my first in quite a long time. Highlight this week has been a R2 16th hole Eagle below. I Eagled it on R3 too, but it wasn't nearly as satisfying as this one. Those practice swings really paid off!

Already played all my rounds for this week so I decided to play some of the other tours rounds just to get some practice in ... and wouldn’t ya know I had a crazy hole in one that was super lucky felt like I needed to share

Congrats!

well after that nasty R2.1 that took me out of any contention, I finally got time to play R3... and hit my best score so far, onTGCT, a 65!
It wont' put me back in contention for anything, but if I can follow it with a similar R4, at least I get me back somewhere respectable.

Well "almost" aced the 2nd again, the ball missed the cup by 4" finished with a 4' bird. However -8 for the tourney. I did ok with tour clubs rounds 3 & 4. 9-3putts for the four rounds didn't help.

OK, I have a question. The top 10% get an exemption based on the number of participants. Currently there are 180 Participants in the CC-D tourney. So that means top 18 (including ties) get exemptions. If 5 more players enter the tourney before it ends will that mean that 10% would be 19? I am sitting @ tied for 19th. I am hoping this is correct. One must never give up hope!

When it was at 165 it was still only the top 16 above the line.

well just as I can't seem to follow a birdie with another good hole, I couldn't seem to follow that 65 with another one. +1 in R4 finished me at +5.
just as well, I didn't like this course. The breaks in the greens, especially on the front nine, got me good.
See you guys on the tee at Davenport, hopefully I can be more competition next week!
