Urgh. After my practice earlier this week I was sure I'd get -40 or better on this course, but ended up -33 (64, 64, 60, 67). That said, I'm actually proud of my 4th round score of 67 because that wind was VICIOUS! Had to pull out some miraculous recovery shots and putts that round, could have easily been above par without them.

Very happy. Been practicing like a dog this week and it’s paid off. Only played the first two rounds as I started to fatigue going down the last 3 holes of round two. Give it a couple of days to recover and then back to the agenda of getting back to web. This seems to be a easy course if there’s no wind. Once the wind kicks up, which it does in round 1 you have to give it some thought. Round 2 the wind dies a bit, but the pins are moved to harder positions. I think the big guns will steam roller it, but I think more of us will have a chance to score low.
Good luck my fellow CCers
R1 61 -11 R2 63 -9

I also played first two Rounds, and I also shot a little better in practice rounds, but I think that's normal. There's a little more pressure when playing in the tourney. I'd say I'm happy with the first two rounds, but like us all, we know we left some shots/putts out there.
63 -9 63 -9
Good luck all!

Tell me about it, I scored 58 on this course in practice, ez game when the result doesn't matter lol - meanwhile in the tourney my goddamned heart was pounding on approach shots! Might try to score some valium for next week's comp to chill myself out, hope that's not against TGCT's fair play policy.

Then the adrenalin kicks in....LOL I putt way better in practice, It's exactly like you said, I don't care if I make or miss. The tourneys add in emotion, and that's why I love it good or bad! But goods a lot more fun

Luke Oswin is down here now, also. Luke’s playing without grids though that’s the only reason he’s down in the basement. My reason is I’m not playing as much as I did for one reason or another and the worse I score the less I want to play. I have missed our chats Billy we share similar points of view.

It led to a final round 73!

I’m just too impatient! Finished off my rounds with a final total of -30. Which was one of my goals for this season (check) As for round 4!!!! WTF! I know it says Pro in the title (CCPro), but come on guys!!! Not only was it hurricane force winds, but you also stick the flag sticks on side of effin mountains!!!!! They might as well be up my jacksy! Good luck in round 4, you will need every ounce of will to get round! Great course though

Well, the pattern continues: 63 63 63 -27 after 3 rounds. From what I'm reading about the wind in round 4 I'd love to see another 63 I'll hold on to my hat and let it fly!!
