I've never had a problem hitting all 100% shots on the PC rounds before, but my 3 rounds after the patch I noticed a few 90-98% power shots like I get on the XB1. Was this bug propagated to the PC version...or it not a bug and something I was doing wrong the whole time but now seeing it come to life?

I am on xb1 and had finally reduced my 90% issues to a rarity. Post update, it feels like they happen on half my shots. Honestly, it's the most infuriating issue in the game.

Whoa where have u been, and I agree, it is the leading factor in my inconsistency, as it steals birdies and pars from me. It also causes me to be over conscious about my tempo thus seldomly causing other bad shots not related to %

I had been on PC but hadn't played since the end of August - lost my gaming laptop. Just bought the xb1 and have struggled with the transition due to the 90% deal.

I am on the xbox one...happens once or twice a round. I guess what shot it happens on has a lot to do with the frustration level! I usually just attribute it to me not taking a full/smooth swing but it could be a 'bug" I guess.......

No idea really. I only know that I didn't have this same issue on PC when using the mouse. It may be course-related too? But you're right, it usually happens on approach shots over water...ugh!

I read a solution for that problem on the HB Studios forum pages which is to turn off the VSYCN option in the display settings. I use to suffer to the above on the XB1 but now when it happens its all down to human error. I hope it works for you as well as I know the feeling when you come up short and John says ' I THINK YOUR GOING TO FIND WATER' SPLASH ! I hate it when he says that......

I used to get this happening on my XB1 all the time, but over the past couple of weeks it's pretty much all but gone away. I'll maybe get 1 90%'er every 4-5 rounds but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be. Maybe I just finally figured out how to play consistently lol

Only 1 every 4 or 5 rounds, thats really good. I get it at least once on every 18 holes I play on the PS4. To clarify thats at least 18 times a round !

as long as I keep my pause at top around water on slow fps holes I am good, but what I have noticed is better % control between 90/100
