Can I play the CC-A tourney, since I won't be bringing in any money from the exemption? I could not find anything regarding this issue.

Not for Week 4 - you can play CC-A in Week 5

Could someone shine some light on why I was above projected exemption last week for CC-A, however I cannot register for web.com this week?
