moving the marker gives you a margin of error, but ultimately your power comes from how far back you bring putter and how fast forward you push it

Not only does it give you a margin of error, it actively guides your putt strength towards that distance. If you set the marker to 10 feet out, and your stroke is a little bit short, it will roll 10 feet. Of course, if you whack it with a huge swing, setting the marker isn't going to help you.

Some sort of still work, some needs massive adjustments, some dont work at all.
