I read all these rules an there is nothing in there about shooting 60 over par...I made the cut so I think you need to honner my scores...an don't say ur api didn't record them thats a dam lie an you know it...been playing the game for almost 2 years an its never happened before, liston if you want to run a good show run it without all the BS an lies ok, we all make mistakes no big deal

Hi Randy,



API didn't pick up your R3 and R4 scores so we can't verify them. I know you posted in the shoutbox but that is not where we troubleshoot tournament issues. Next time a glitch happens please email [e-mail] and we'll try and work through them to make sure your scores can be verified. For future reference here is our policy on getting stuck in the previous round (which is found on our Rules/Policies page that all members should have read before teeing off for the first time)



Please see our rules for the glitch that puts you back to a previously played round. You must continue on from where the game put you. We will clear your scores and allow you to re-submit them with the new scores you shoot.

Other Previous Round Glitches

- If you are sent back to a previously played round upon resuming the game, you must email [e-mail] as soon as the error occurs

- Victims of this glitch are able to continue on from where the game sent them back.

- All previously played holes are wiped and you continue from where glitch put you as your official score

- We will delete all your scores and you will be able to re-enter them.

- Round will be verifiable

- For Q-School only we have a work around in place for those that have completed at least 4 clean rounds that will allow you to complete Q-School without having to replay all rounds - if this is the case, email [e-mail] or send a PM to Doyley for details.



Note: It is highly recommended that after completing a round, you go ahead and hit 1 shot in the next round before exiting. This alleviates the risk of this glitch. We also recommend playing your tournament rounds solo. Joining friends in tournaments has been known to reset your progress back to the first tee in Round 1.

Hi Randy,



DQ'd players are removed from the leaderboard - you were DQ'd because we could only verify 2 of your 4 rounds due to the issues you experienced. Had you emailed I would have requested a pic of the leaderboard showing your scores. If you couldn't find your gamertag on the leaderboard I would have asked you to try and continue the event as it would have likely given you the option to continue. Hope that helps should you come across this glitch again. Very common - deal with it 3-5 times every week with other golfers.

Randy this is getting tiresome - I have way too much to deal on a daily basis and have no desire to keep revisiting this. My issues with this argument is that TGCTours know that there is an issue but that issue falls on HBs side of the fence. They have procedure for handling it. The absence of round data suggests an absence of any data at all relating to the round. So there is likely nothing to show.

Doyley and TGCTours as a whole put in so much free time and money into making this such a great site. To suggest that they are intentionally trying to screw you over is just plain wrong and unfair to their efforts. I entered a wrong score once in qualifier for US Open. Meant that I was DQ'd and didn't qualify even though I was heading for roughly top 10 in that event. I was gutted but it was my error and you deal with it and move on. The error here was not following procedure at the time and therefore missing out on your scores. It sucks, but the angry response sucks far more! Sorry for getting involved, I don't normally but it bugged me

Not sure if you saw it last week but Randy posted in the shoutbox that he had issues and that he lost progress. We have that exact glitch in our Rules/Policies and what to do if you encounter it. I also gave Randy the benefit of the doubt that he didn't read that and told him in the shoutbox to email [e-mail] to create a ticket and we can begin to work out the issue. He didn't do that and so here we are. This is all on Randy and his lack of reading the rules/policies. The rest is just him not coming to terms with his mistake.

Anyone, including Randy himself, can go and view the leaderboard for the Web.com event (s3w2) and not find his name on it. I'm looking at it right now and there is no Randy to be found - because his last 2 rounds didn't register - which is what I've been telling him all along.

I just wanted to say thank you to Doyley for all the great work you do here. All of us involved in this game, members, and guys that run this awesomeness are great...well with the exception of maybe one guy...I'm sorry, just uncalled for and very immature. The game has glitches...heck happened to me in the Ryder Cup...didn't complain, didn't send an e-mail, or cry about it...I replayed my rounds speed golf style and got to the third round so me and Rob could play together. I guess everyone can't be happy. Have a better day Doyley

Reluctant to jump in this but...

When he was still on the leader board I was one below the cut line, he was one above and his score said +41 or something. So naturally I had to look at the leader board wonder how a -14 got beat by a +41 lol. His 1'st two rounds were showing properly via the API. His 3'rd and 4'th rounds had the "no scorecard available". Obvious conclusion..API didn't register the final two rounds.

Accusing the site admin (Doyley in this case) as was done in the opening post of this thread of lying about the api is wrong. I saw it for myself.

And I still missed the cut lol

We've all been DQ'd from an event(well most of us) for either our error or an error grabbing our scores. Just eat it and move on.

This seems like the right place for me to bring up for the first time ever that during my first and fourth weeks on tour(season 2 weeks 18 and 21)I was entered into the tournaments unaware that they required the expansion pack to participate in.  I was forced to take one strike and two DQ's because this fact was never communicated anywhere during the signup page.  This is grossly unfair and clearly you guys are biased against me and have so much free time on your hands that you decided to go out of your way to prevent me from being able to move up.  I think you should do what's right and fix this horrible injustice.

Hey man, my brothers name is Randy.  Sadly, even he would understand why this thread was a bad idea.

You bring Private messages into the forum and make them public.  Then you complain that "other people other than Doyley" are chiming in.  Do you follow this logic?
