When does the tourney officially end?

Is there a time when the money and final rankings are entered into the system?  Or is it when the admins get to it?  It is painful to check throughout the day and see the final numbers and money have not been entered yet.  Any insight would be helpful.

Tournaments end on Saturday at 23:59:59 (eastern time).
Rankings and money lists etc get updated 12+ hours later.
