Where will rated courses be posted?

I saw that certain courses will get the 5 star rating through TGC Tours.
Will the courses be rated through TGC and where will they be posted. Also who will be doing the rating. All those courses out there, its no better a time to start rating them as now I would think.
 That way after the Q schools end we'll have a whole bunch of rated(by TGC) courses to choose from.
 We will have to have some criteria to rate them by as well.

TGC Tours staff (mainly Job) and a couple of well respected designers (TBA) will be rating all submitted courses.  The full reviews will only be for 4+ star courses.  All courses will get a rating out of 5 (stars) before being approved and visable on the Course Listing from the main page.  Courses below 4 stars will have the Course Description as the main source of text so make sure when submitting that you put in a bit of effort there.

We're just getting the ball rolling - we'll get through the 70 or so courses already submitted as quick as possible.
