Griff firm are allowed in cc-pro - no firm in cc-am. yeah...and I am using my one firm per month, believe me...lol. My comment was more to the point of us schedulers in general. Even allowing multiple rounds of firm per month allows a bit more freedom in how Dale, Rod, and the Web boys go about providing a challenge without necessarily pushing the burnout button that has been talked about. My concern is that while x amount of people grew weary of firm/fast week in and week out, x amount of people are growing to grow tired of the inflated scoring stats as well. That was THE toughest thing about scheduling for CC last season. The (now) CCAm guys weren't happy when a course was deemed as a challenge for the (now) CCPro guys, but CCPro hated the weeks where a course was tailored for CCAm. It's not an easy problem to fix, and I don't envy the choices that you and Tim have to make concerning these things. It's a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" scenario. Just know that I think you guys do a fantastic job of keeping the wheels rolling, and I'll stand behind you guys regardless of how you guys see fit to keeps things evened out.

I understand - we're going to wait it out a while before revisiting - we haven't even given the anti-firm guys a chance to complain yet this season Although I did notice a firm setup sneaked into CC-Am but I'll let that slide

To be honest, I didn't notice them play as firm when I first scouted the course. The green speeds are so slow that there was very little rollout. lol

More firm greens, please. Just want a fair variety of challenges from week to week which means firm greens, long courses, tough greens, sidehill lies, huge elevation changes and shootout birdie-fests.
