I think i DQ'd myself hit driver on the green on 18 of the frog. Haha, what a beauty! Isn't it? That's why I sometimes throw mine at the golf cart in real golf

Well, I decided to play this final week of rrcc because my course was selected to be in it! Pretty sure I don't need to post a picture but figured what the hell. I never played the first course before but it was fun! Had a hole in one and could have gone a lot lower but missed some stupid putts as usual. I was pumped that I shot -14 at my own course and beat sloaner by a couple! Played out of my mind on the front nine.. even with 2 missed easy putts. That last course was a beast... I remember it from an early tourney but not being so tricky. Thanks to all the guys who put this stuff on. I might not have much time to play them very often but I love that it's here for some friendly competition and the courses are always great! See you all on tgc2!

Still waiting on a few scores from Week 34, so I'm just going to go ahead and present the results from Week 33, the first week of our last official tournament on TGC1. This was the week that featured:
The Dunes Course at Angel Sands by Jeremy Holme Tropic Bend GCR @ HS Isles by Clint Kelso and the fantastic Sauble River Club by Wayne Adams
I was just chatting on the XBox last night with someone I swear was Julian from Trailer Park Boys, turned out it was JeffJeter Jeff McPhee who was telling me how he always seems to play crap in the RRCC. Well not this week good sir, The Jeter takes his second weekly win of the season, 2 shots ahead of PS4 pair jtcurrent JT Current and blackaces13 Mike Blackman in equal 2nd. How aboot that then, eh? Extra chicken fingers for you tonight! Top Web player for the 2nd week in a row and 3rd time this season was the in form marklongley1 Mark Longley in 27th, hopefully that makes up a little for just missing earning his Euro card this week by 1 shot. Better luck next time fella. A new winner again in the CC tournament this week, with giulani Swede Anton Ratzman taking a 2 shot victory over Winky Paul Winkworth, with stewarty5 Charlie Stewart in 3rd.
I remember enjoying all 3 of these courses but especially the last one, hope the other 77 of you who played this week did too. I was actually 2nd on the XBox leaderboard this week, only 15 shots behind Jeff!

Ended my RRCC Tour with a nice -51. Very fun tour and next to the PGA, my favorite event. Loved going against Thomas, Rob, Steve, Ian (once in a while), Mark, just to name a few of the greats Hope we can figure out how to do this in TGC2. Thanks again to Thomas and his staff for putting this together and making this fun! All the re-caps by Jamie were really done well. See everyone at TGC2

Well done Fargo!
After three seasons of playing RRCC, my final goal with the 4 course tour was to finally break -50 for once. It didn't happen for me but I'm glad to see you end with a bang!
I played bogey-less golf for what may be some of my last rounds ever in TGC1: -12, -13, -12, -9
So looking forward to firing up TGC2 in a few days!

Results for Week 34 are up! This was the week that featured:
Rainfulie by Marc Fischer Macaw Point G.C. by Ryan N. Nelson Goldie Club of Hill Valley by Nic Zaiser
He has ten previous top 3 finishes, but surprisingly just a second weekly win of the season for Mark (Kram) Mark Custard who tops the leaderboard by a single shot from SloanerTW Steve Sloan. JeffJeter Jeff McPhee backs up his win last week with a solid 3rd place finish this. Top Web player for the first time was cf19 Karl Foley in a lofty 12th place, and he becomes the 4th player to take wins at both CC and Web level. The top 3 in the RRCCC all finish in the top 50 on the main leaderboard, Winky Paul Winkworth takes his 6th win of the season to equal stewarty5 Charlie Stewart's mark. Australian brengy68 Brett Engelhard finishes 2nd and Charlie Stewart 3rd.
So half way through our final official tournament of the season and Jeff McPhee's 3rd place is enough to give him the half way lead, but most of the usual big hitters are not far behind. Week 35 expires tomorrow, although there's something else going on tomorrow isn't there?

Really hoping the RRCC tour can find a home within the confusion of societies for TGC2....... Didn't play the last few weeks as I was involved in the beta testing for the new game but was always a blast before that. Thanks to all the guys behind the scenes especially Jamie ( Giraffe72 ) & of course Thomas (edi_vedder).

The likes of yourself SAM, making amazing and fun courses for us to play every week are the most important part of this tour, so thank you! Very much looking forward to seeing what you can do with the new design tools. I'd be amazed if there's not a few patches on the way. I think we can cope with the time limits and having to set up a separate society on each platform, differing conditions might actually add to the fun of it, the big stumbling block is not being able to set up a tour. If they fix that we're back in business, otherwise it's hard to see what we can do. At least that's how I see it.

Well that's it, Week 37 completed and with it the last rounds I plan on playing in TGC1. Had a great battle with JeffJeter and digsb on 4 very enjoyable courses, went in to The Frog 1 shot ahead of the Jeter but as usual he went steaming past me down the stretch. I'll only be turning the game on from now on to collect these scores. 926 completed rounds, it's been fun See you on the other side.

Just a little heads up. With the arrival of TGC2 I very much doubt any TGCT players will still be playing TGC1 after this weekend, so when Week 36 expires next Tuesday we will probably collect the results for Week 37 at the same time even though it technically will have another week to run. If there is anybody planning to play it after next Tuesday let me know and we can either let it run its course or I'll add you in afterwards. Thanks

Does RRCC have a TGC2 society yet?

No, not yet.
As I'm not sure how events will run in the future I didn't want to create one before we have any details.
