I know they are boarder-line, but to be honest... I love(d) them! And the rest of the course! That's why I've decided to select it for the RRCC. We have a lot of easy/easier courses here anyway, so a good challenge from time to time is not too much I hope.

did not like Silent Ivy greens when i judged it in Invicta , thought i would give it another try, alas i still do not like them, rage quit on about 5th hole. Seriously too many red slopes near the holes for any kinda enjoyment. Shame as i shot -14 in R1....oh well I'm with you on this one Andy. Not to say it shouldn't be included in RRCC by any means, just that I personally think the greens at 187 speed are over the top. I remembered the course from Invicta play through, and last night thought "oh, well I've gotten better since then, it isn't as bad as I think it is." I hit 1 putt on the first hole, watched it start inexplicably sliding down some monstrous red sloped hill, and decided it was best to just pick it back up fresh the next day

How I stopped myself from rage quitting that second round I don't know! I finished the tour but played rounds 2 and three at breakneck speed hence the horrendous final score. I'm all for a challenge but course 2 was simply annoying with shots that I thought would be inside 5ft of the hole rolling 50ft off the green. Oh, well... onto next week.

Position A! Sorry dgforelife, had to share where your tee shot finished up on the 4th at Westworld in week 21, good job you're left handed!

Just played Silent Ivy in week 22, and actually that's now the 4th time I've played it. Just to balance out the feedback, in my opinion it's a perfect test. Beautiful course and yes the greens are tricky but they're receptive, I really enjoyed the battle.
I was a bit disappointed with -13 at the first course Hillsbrook, and then quite happy with -7 at Silent Ivy which says it all, but I'm sure I know which one I enjoyed more!

Holy Man.......if I could have putted even average the second round I think I would have had a legit chance of winning week #22.
Hillsbrook.....54 (-18) Silent Ivy.....64 (-8) Old Romney.....57 (-15)
Total......(-41)
Been playing these RRCC's like crap the last few weeks.....was nice to have some decent scores for a change lol

Hi folks, welcome to the results service for weeks 19 and 20 of the RRCC, and with them the conclusion of our 5th tournament of the season. Bang up to date now! Week 19 featured: Hamptons East Golf Club (Highlands) by David Jensen Little Bird Trails (Swiss) by Ola Ericsson Dixieland Club (Countryside) by Todd Driver Results (80 players): 1. bassman70 Albert Fargo (USA, PS4) -442. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (Eng, PC) -43 3. gazb1888 Gary Bertram (Sco, PS4) -41 Web Player Of The Week: 29. taffwars2904 Matthew Quick (Wales, PS4) -30 RRCCC Top 3 (Challenge Circuit Only) 37. stewarty5 Charlie Stewart (Ire, PS4) -27 41. Todd Todd Wright (USA, PS4) -25 43. Ashton Fox Ashton Fox (USA, XBox) -24 Albert Fargo breaks the recent Bradley dominance and takes the win in week 19, his second win of the season. Bradley himself takes his 13th top 3 spot one shot back, and our podium is rounded off by a player making his first appearance on it this season in Gary Bertram. Matthew Quick wins the Web award for the first time this season, a bit of welcome sporting success for Wales, and Charlie Stewart continues his good run of form in the Challenge Circuit competition with 6th weekly win of the season. Newcomer Todd Wright is 2 shots back in 2nd and Ashton Fox makes a welcome appearance on the RRCCC podium in 3rd. Week 20 featured: Vardonheim (Boreal) by Brent Gravelle Cliff's Edge at Razor Hill (the friendly version, Desert) by Clint Kelso The Golf Course at Oxcross (Harvest) by Seth Campion Results (71 players): 1. miacanes12 Rob Dallas (USA, PS4) -47 2. Tilmots Fred Tilmant (Belgium, PS4) -39 2. Timbr0_T Ben Timmons (Can, PS4) -39 Web Player Of The Week: 31. pablo Pablo Alonso (Spain, PS4) -24 RRCCC Top 3: 31. Todd Todd Wright (USA, PS4) -24 37. MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) -22 47. jaydubb334 Josh Wright (USA, PS4) -19 Rob Dallas takes full advantage of Bradley's absence to post a convincing 8 shot victory and with it take his first weekly win this season. To be fair I'm not even sure Machine Jr would have matched that score, very well played! Belgium's Fred Tilmant takes his first top 3 of the season at just the second attempt, and he shares 2nd place with the ever consistent Ben Timmons who takes his third top 3 of the season. Very nice to see Pablo take his first Web award of the season in 31st place, and in the Challenge Circuit the Wright Brothers have take off! Todd and Josh finishing 1st and 3rd with Aussie Rick Green the meat in the sandwich. Think it'll count this time Josh, I can only see you once! And so to the results of our 5th tournament of the season. Who would take advantage of Brad's disappearance to take advantage of the double points on offer in Week 20 and claim victory? Results of Tournament 5 (117 players): 1. gazb1888 Gary Bertram (Sco, PS4) 344 points 2. Timbr0_T Ben Timmons (Can, PS4) 320 3. Leesome191 Lee Some (Eng, PS4) 309 Top Web Player: 42. baco77 Mark Fleming (USA, PC) 69 RRCCC Top 3: 1. Todd Todd Wright (USA, PS4) 165 2. MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) 117 3. stewarty5 Charlie Stewart (Ire, PS4) 108 Just goes to show what consistency can do for you, Gary Bertram is yet to record a weekly win this season but 3 top 5 finishes out of 4 mean he wins the tournament seemingly out of nowhere! Very well done sir . In fact none of our weekly winners from this tournament have finished in the top 3, and Ben Timmons didn't even play Week 17 but still comes home in 2nd place after his good performance in Week 20. Similar story for Lee Some, top tens in the last 3 weeks including 2nd in Week 20 lift him up to 3rd. In the Challenge Circuit the win in Week 20 takes the overall win for Todd Wright ahead of our usual suspects, Rick Green and Charlie Stewart. In the season-long leaderboards, no change at the top. canthitstraight Jimmy Kuo still leads the way despite not getting a mention elsewhere in this write up but it's starting to look ever so close at the top. In the RRCCC Charlie Stewart still leads the way from Rick Green in second, but it appears we have a few new kids on the block…. Thanks as always to everybody who played and we hope you enjoyed the courses, always remember that is the main point for playing this!
