Bulls Bay was a fantastic looking course but unfortunately it lagged so badly much of the time on XB1

Really liked Cnoic...er...the second course for Week 14 - seemed like you have to actually think about every shot you play, which this player certainly appreciated. Never used the shot-shaping so much during one round, and definitely made for a fun time IMO, even if I did only shoot an average score.

So I get home from work to find Halloween H20 on the telly, nice coincidence after just mentioning it on the Podcast thread.  Haven't seen Michael Myers in years, it's like being reunited with an old friend Is it wrong that I want him to stab Jamie Lee Curtis in the eye?.. Or maybe he can be rehabilitated and they can live happily ever after?  Anyway, being as I'm staying up watching this nonsense I may as well present the results for weeks 11 and 12 of the RRCC, and with it the result of our third tournament of the season. Week 11 featured: Valpraiso (Harvest) by Wayne Adams Crosswood Moor (Rural, and with the nicest finishing hole ever) by Graham Webster Herons Reach Golf Links (Highlands) by Martyn Shaw Results (76 players): 1. UntaggableDan Daniel Waring (Eng, PC) -42 1. bsbchhc Brian Schaefer (USA, PC) -42 3. GuestPlayer Cooj2011 (PS4) -39 Web Player Of The Week: 17. Griz891 Terry Anderson (USA, PC) -32 RRCCC Top Three (Challenge Circuit Players Only): 38. stewarty5 Charlie Stewart (Ire, PS4) -24 38. MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) -24 44. CantFindTag Jeffrey Sebring (USA, PS4) -21 44. ABU_Bear  Jim McCarthy (Can, PS4) -21 44. Dug Riddler  Dug Riddler (USA, XBox) -21 The win is shared this week, Daniel taking his third weekly win of the season and Brian Schaefer becoming one of the few players to win Web Player Of The Week (from Week 1) and go on to win a main event as well, nicely done sir!  Regular PS4 guest Cooj/Cool/Coo| takes 3rd place 3 shots back.  In the Web Terry Anderson wins his first Web POTW of the season, while in the RRCCC the win is again shared, Charlie Stewart and Rick Green both taking their second wins of the season. Week 12 then featured: Fossmill Golf Club (Boreal, thanks Thomas!) by Mikael Thunberg, trees Royal Alden Golf Links (Highlands) by Matthew Fritsch, no trees Muir Of Ord Forest (Swiss) by Alan McSpadyen, more trees! Results (94 players): 1. t2theb2 Tom Humphries (GBR, PS4) -40 2. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (Eng, PS4) -37 3. jtcurrent JT Current (USA, PS4) -35 Web Player Of The Week: 20. baco77 Mark Fleming (USA, PC) -24 RRCCC Top Three: 32. marklongley1 Mark Longley (Eng, PC) -19 36. CantFindTag George Jacobs-McCann (Eng, PS4) -18 36. MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) -18 WGR27 Tom Humphries joins the RRCC for the first time and takes a 3 shot victory over Bradley Garcia, who is in the top three for the 6th time already this season.  Defending RRCC overall champion JT takes the other podium spot, a very good idea with double points on offer!  Mark Fleming wins his 2nd Web award of the season and a top 20 spot on the main leaderboard, while Mark Longley takes his first RRCCC victory over another debutant George J-M, and Rick Green (definitely NOT a debutant!) So that is the end of Tournament number 3 of the season.  Final results (133 players): 1. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (Eng, PS4) 426 points 2. miacanes12 Rob Dallas (USA, PS4) 375 3. jtcurrent JT Current (USA, PS4) 315 Top Web Player: 33. Griz891 Terry Anderson (USA, PC) 100 RRCCC Top 3: 1. MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) 160 2. stewarty5 Charlie Stewart (Ire, PS4) 154 3. marklongley1 Mark Longley (Eng, PC) 144 Congratulations to Bradley on his second tournament win in a row, and to Rick for winning a tight battle in the RRCCC, and to Jamie Lee Curtis who has finally managed to chop Michael Myers' head off, surely he can't come back from that?  canthitstraight Jimmy Kuo still holds the lead in the season leaderboard but there are now a number of players lining up to reel him in, time to get yourself back on that podium Jimmy!  The RRCCC season leaderboard is even closer, after 12 weeks of competition just 1 point separates Charlie Stewart from Rick Green! Thanks as always to each and every player who played some part in these events, and we hope you enjoyed the courses. Full results can be found here RRCCC results can be found here

With my poor play on the RRCC since winter vacation, I'm surprise you still gave me a mention Jamie! I'll have to step it up so that my next mention will be a good one!

Congratulations jamie for alot of work Jaime's great write-ups on RRCC are another reason folks love this community event so much. Just wish I could play well enough to get a mention. I remember when I started this event my typical position finish was around 40th. Now I am disappointed if it's not in the top 15. Progress, but I'm an impatient one... Thanks Jaime!!

I wasn't aware this counted towards anything.... It's on now! It's mainly about enjoying the courses and having a bit of friendly competition without the 'stresses' of the main tour, plus it gives all of us the chance to play courses that we wouldn't normally get to play on whatever tour we're on. But the leaderboards are there for a reason and the CC one has been introduced to hopefully get a few more Challenge Circuit players involved.
In case you haven't seen, it's kind of three tournaments in one. Each week has a winner, every 4 week block is a tournament, and there is a cumulative leaderboard for the whole season. Our 4th tournament starts with Week 13 (which I believe expired today). Or you could ignore all that and just play as and when it suits (plenty do!), no problem
What I've always loved about the RRCC is it makes me appreciate why I love this game, especially during weeks when perhaps my main tour event hasn't gone so well. I enjoy these rounds no matter how I do.
Footnote: I'm getting a "The Day I Beat blueorfe, RRCC Week 11" T-shirt printed. My wife will be so proud....

My ascent to the Euro tour in the past few weeks came on the back of me having more free time and just playing a lot of rounds randomly. I think just the regular play as opposed to 4 rushed rounds at the end of the week really helped improve my game.
So I've decided to keep this up as much as possible. Enter the RRCC.
Played my first ever RRCC tour last night. Got in with 6 minutes left on the clock for week 13. Particularly enjoyed Free State.
Looking forward to playing regularly now. Hopefully it helps my overall game to keep improving.
