Hi,
New member here. I completed the October Q-School and submitted my scores yesterday, but I haven't received a tour card yet. In the Q-School info on the main website, it says it usually takes about an hour and a half to receive one? I emailed the staff, but haven't heard anything back. Am I missing something really simple here? Thanks in advance, and I'm looking forward to getting started!

The best thing you can do is email them at commish@tgctours.com; since you've already done that, it's probably just a matter of playing the waiting game now. The only thing I could think to check would be verifying that the gamertag you have entered on your profile matches the one you use on your platform of choice -- if they're mismatched, then the API won't be able to pull your scores. Regardless, I wouldn't worry if I were you; the staff are friendly and helpful, and they're sure to sort you out before the season begins this weekend. Welcome to TGC Tours, and best of luck as you begin your career!

I finally managed to complete the tour. Did you get the score card at the end? It's been more than 12 hours for me now too.
Ah never mind. turns out I just had to go to TGC website. I thought I'd receive an email.
