What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
Probably my 3rd round where I shot 62. Made a lot of quality shots. I had a couple shots during my last couple rounds I almost had an ace and almost a long iron shot for eagle within inches.
What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
Without a doubt my putting. I missed double digit putts from inside 15 feet. It killed my overall score
How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
Well, I shot -32 overall which was not what I was aiming for but overall not a terrible score. Just happy to be part of the TOC and around such a great group of golfers
What's up with that guy over there?
Oh, that just David Williams (dlw1964). He has egg on face. You may see that a lot this year so don't be alarmed.

But do you have a way to muzzle me. I'm going to keep talking. Good thing for you fellow tgc players the next 2 pga stops aren't high on my list. But coyote is another story. I like my odds there. Also even though I only shot 36 under I expect to beat more players than I lose to. If I had to guess a top 15 overall and if lucky maybe a top 10 but who know maybe I will inspire players to play better and I finish next to last. Guess where that leaves you (burton).

Oh my highlight was throwing my clubs into the Pacific Ocean and then firing my caddy (he read too many putts wrong) Then I had a nice breakfast with my son. Lowlight deciding to play round 3 should've went to breakfast after round 2. I was lucky to be 24 under after 2 rounds (putting poorly) Should've been a sign to take a break and play later. Now it off to next week. I will let you know after a few practice rounds on how I think I will do. Oh I forgot I did enjoy playing the Master's Tournament. Can't wait for the real deal. I will already say I like my chances at winning a green jacket

How many clubs did you break this weekend?
Well to be honest, I did not break any clubs, ....on purpose. I think I cracked the shaft on my driver sometime in the 3rd round. One of my mid irons hit a rock under the surface of the fairway and split the shaft some time in the early going. While my pitching wedge club head completely flew off the shaft for no apparent reason in the second round. It was really disappointing to know not all my clubs were working as intended, leaving me well short or my target and costing me stroke after stroke. This got me so fired up I started not caring about the rest of my game "like it did not matter".
How do you feel you will finish?
How do you feel I will finish smart ass? Damn last, scores didn't even deserve to be on the boards and felt like my spot was wasted for somebody else, I fully expect to finish last.
And how does that make you feel?
Keep asking me these stupid questions and I will punch you in the throat. ~~~taste walks away while tossing his clubs and bag into the lake in a tirade.
Well, Back to you Bob!

Why are you letting your caddy read putts lol My caddy is my dog ( Sammy a toy fox terrier) She sits right beside me when I play. I'm 50 and my eye sight isn't the greatest so I let her read my putts. Also I didn't fired her today, she left me. I had to save face so I told the reporter that I fired her. I know that this is hard to believe but I get a little animated when I play. When I hit a bad shot or miss a putt it is followed with a few unmentionable words. During the 3rd round it got a little out of hand and Sammy left me. Don't worry I work for Kong (a dog toy company) she will be beside me before the next tournament.

The Press Tent will be a feature on TGC Tours where you can come in after a round or tournament and answer some questions from the press. You can let off some steam or tell about some great (or not so great) shots. Some of your answers will be used in Tournament recaps. Have fun, keep it clean! Questions (answer as many or as few as you like) - What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
- What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
- What did you think of the course?
- How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
- Ask your own question and answer it!
The highlight was teeing off on #1 in the first round and kicking off the season. Great anticipation. The low light was my struggle to make putts. I estimate i left at least 20 strokes on the course due to my inaccurate putting over the 4 rounds. Ascencion Bay is gorgeous. It's probably my favorite course. Just unfortunate I'm not her favorite this time around. She'll fall in love with me one of these years. It remains to be seen how i faired. I was one of the first to post all 4 rounds. We'll not say what my final score was but i can tell you it was a huge disappointment. On to Pominville. My own question. Hmm. Did you enjoy being part of The TOC? Yes, it was an honor. I hope to show everyone in the future that i deserved to be part of this invitation. It just wasn't my week. Good luck all. See you at the Sony

•What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
Holed a couple of long range eagles, forget which holes now, also made birdie on the 18th in the third round, won't be too many of them I suspect. •What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
Approach to 16th in final round, 94 yards with 2-3 mph breeze from 4 o'clock, so only a sand wedge required with a little added loft, I had made an easy birdie here in the three previous tournament rounds, so birdie number 4 was a given, until I flummed (got 91% power instead of the required 100%) my shot, ball went for a swim, birdie became bogey, fuming. •What did you think of the course?
Good •How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
Good, my aim is to be number one on Xbox1 as often as possible, missed by one, at the time I finished my tournament, because of the incident on the 16th in the final round.

What was the highlight of your round/tournament? My highlight was the second round. I managed a very good score and was able to keep my putting consistent. I managed to birdie the last hole which was fantastic as i knew that was such a tough hole going into the tournament.
What was the low-light of your round/tournament? This has to be my first round. It was very average with not everything working for me. Putting was ok but some approach shots were not what i was expecting and i managed to bogey a par 5 which is a cardinal sin these days.
What did you think of the course? I love Ascension Bay. Such a nice course to play and was so happy when it was decided that it would be used for the tourney. I was glad that my practice rounds paid off and i posted a good total.
How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat? Good. My aim is to make the top 15 although i doubt i will even come close with some very good players out there. It is just nice to get off to a good solid start.

Tied for last after 1 round...and I struggled to even make -6. Somehow 15 wind was playing like 40...couldn't club it all day. Then I missed a few 4-5 footers...ugh!
Just hoping to not be that score everyone points and laughs at.

I tried to ask Jeff Jordan about his 2nd round score of 71, he kept walking past me like he did not hear me, I said "JEFF", ......."JEFF", ..........."JEEEEEEEFFFFFFFF".
Not sure if he was giving me the finger as he walked away or not, but that frown on his face was doing all the talking!
