Speedlink Controller

I found an old speedlink controller and thought i would try it out, it all seems to work except i cannot use either of the little joysticks to hit a shot, all shots are played using the round directional button, this has a major fault as no matter what i try i can only hit the ball dead straight, only thing i can seem to change is the % of power each shot can have.

Obviously i cannot use this to play as it would be deemed cheating....and quite frankly it would bore me to death after about 1 hole.

Does anyone know of a way that i can assign the little joystick to use to hit the ball, at present it is used to aim left/right

Ok i have managed to work out how to change to the joystick, but still most if not all shots go dead straight, is this normal for the game, i have to really exaggerate an out/in swing for any kind of shot shape

I am just worried that i read somewhere that if you hit all shots straight (according to API) you can be banned from tours

Yeah i would pick up a xbox or playstation controller.
The api will hunt you down on your current setup.

think i have it sorted now, spraying the ball over the place as per usual
