Little bit of disharmony in the team USA ranks. Just remember there is no 'i' in team but there is 5 in individual brilliance. No disharmony at all, my friend! My remark was in pleasant surprise as I was certain my horrible score ruined our chances given the degree of low scoring that was going around. Lots of hot dogs and apple pie being eaten in the Yankee club house - we're baaaaack Steady on old chap there is still 36 holes to play...

David Andrews USA
Sunningdale -7 Southern Hills - E
Kudos to tough conditions. On both both courses I could of had anywhere from E to 10 under. Second course I was cursed with on target pin seekers back spinning 30ft away or leaving putts just a hair short. Bring it home Derrick

Round 1 ResultsAlonso/Dowd. bt. Anderson/Wert. - 27. to. - 16. (Wert DNP) This is not true. There are previous posts in this thread about my playing, so to say "Did Not Play" is a lie.

Jason, you did not post a score so you did not play. It is not a lie, just a fact.

I did not finish, I did play. There's a difference. And there are posts here to prove that.
But if this is how you want to be, fine. I'm done with any of your events. I'll play this round, and you can replace me after this one.

I'm playing round 2 now. Hence why I said I'll play this round, and he can put in someone else after this one.

Perhaps learn to read before you go after someone to try and make yourself feel superior, ok?

Quitting after playing a few holes and letting your teammates down is not playing. I'm sure that your American teammates will back me up on this. I am glad that you won't be playing in any more of my tournaments as you have been treating them like dirt anyway. I have had enough of the abuse that I have been getting in this tournament so there will not be a singles round. The team with the most points after round 2 will win. I am sorry to everyone who was enjoying the tournament but enough is enough.

Well, let's see Loughrey....I had my fiancee call off our wedding and leave less than three months before we were to marry. There was also another incident, on the same day, that involved having to break with an organization I was deeply involved in because of actions that were not mine and thus not my not at liberty to share. As stated in podcasts, I've struggled with clinical depression in the past and this situation drove me to a point that I had to go for a few days to somewhere to get help for a situation that was spiraling downward very quickly and was endangering my life.
But I actually stopped and tried to play my first round so that I fulfilled a commitment I made to your tournament. I thought perhaps it might help me take my mind off a situation where life just didn't seem worth continuing to live. And when I got to being more strokes behind than holes left in the second round, I posted on here that because of a life situation I was going to be unable to finish, that I was so far behind I couldn't bring out team to win and to give the win to our opponents. So I informed you and everyone of the situation and didn't just "quit after a few holes."
So go ahead and cancel the next round and try to pin it all on me being such a horrible human being. Given what's happening in my real life, I couldn't really give a damn about your online golf tournament for a video game where nobody wins any money and in the end doesn't matter at all for real life.
