So we know that the PGA/EURO/WEB/CHAMPIONS tours are going to be 4 rounds. As in real golf tournaments there is a cut that is made after 2 rounds, and that cut is normally top 70 scores and ties (PGA), EURO is top 65 scores and ties, Challenge Tour (not on this site) is top 60 scores... some senior tours don't even have cuts.
Ok, so that's not what this post is about but gives you some real world info on how cuts are made.
So, in TGC when you have a 4 round tournament there is no means (currently) to exclude ANYONE from playing the allotted rounds.
So I suspect, in the case with this site (TGCTOURS.COM), that we will need to submit our first 2 rounds and somehow wait for everyone to play those 2 rounds before stipulating what the cut is and listing those players that have made the cut, and maybe, only those players being able to submit rounds.
Personally, if there is nothing stopping me from finishing a tournament in The Golf Club I will keep playing, even if I miss the cut... I just won't submit rounds 3 and 4 as official rounds (but rather as Practice rounds).
Thoughts? Hope this hasn't already been covered...

From what I understand..you can play all rounds day one and submit them. If you didn't make the cut, your last 2 rounds just don't count. I believe they will show the results for round 1 and 2 by Wed. or Thurs. of that particular week. But the first two rounds need to be submitted by then, cut day
