I've actually noticed this for some time but I figured I'd finally try to get it taken care of.
My summary is wrong. It shows me as playing 12 events for Web when I only played 11. The first event, on 11/23, that it says I was DQ'd for, I wasn't even a Web.com member then. I first became one in June. So how can I be DQ'd for an event I was never even here for?
Is there any way to fix this? It screws up my cut % number among other things.
Thanks.

If you didn't play it, you received a DQ on the web.com wether you were on that tour or not at the time. I'm afraid nothing can be done about it. (It messes up my stats as well).

But I didn't even know I was auto registered. I never got any kind of notification or anything. Hell, I didn't even know the event existed. How can I play something that I didn't even know existed? This is so messed up.

What I didn't realise is that we would be DQ'd for not playing. Next charity event I will make sure I play in. lol.

We have since added a way to do special events so shouldn't be an issue going forward.

Thorough and completely dedicated as a whole for the TGCT staff. Kudos to you!
