Maybe I just suck but it would be nice to play with other individuals that struggle to par.

We won't be doing it on the tours - the handicap system isn't perfect and is easily gamed. There are some tips/tricks in the Driving Range board here that should get you on your way to shooting under par. You could also do a community run event where you limit the participants to + handicaps

sroel908: Green firmness is more about how the ball interacts with the putting surface when you hit an approach into it. A soft green is more receptive, and will allow more backspin than a firm one. A firm green will have less bite and more rollout. Nov 18, 2024 15:57:00 GMT -5
