This isn't necessarily for TGC
If you are getting any frame drops in games since the Windows 10 anniversary update there is a fix.

It seems in the update that Xbox DVR have been activated.
To turn off
- Go to start menu and look for the xbox app
- Sign in with a microsoft account
- Go to settings in the xbox app (little cog)
- Go to Game DVR and set it to off.
